This unit ends up solid and handy. However, the snap button meant to hold the top assembly into an upright pipe was defective. Lubrication of the button with graphite (rubbed with pencil) made assembly possible, but not easy.

I purchased three of these to use at our wedding venue to hold linens and they are great!! Very sturdy and a good size to hold a ton of tablecloths on both rows.One of the racks had a piece that was warped so I couldn't put it together correctly but I contacted the company and the promptly sent me a replacement piece. I highly recommend these racks!

I needed a way to keep my extra tshirt inventory on hangers but didn't want something that would tip over with a lot of weight. This rack is great, and I plan to order another. I set the upper rod high, so that I can use the extra rod to double the hanging space, and I"m able to hang XXL tees on both rods. I had some trouble assembling it solo, because it's hard to tighten the clamp on the extra rod while holding in it place. If you have an extra set of hands assembly should be quick and easy. Even with a lot of weight, the rack is easy to move across the floor. So much better than the cheaper racks, I highly recommend.

Just completed assembly. Easy enough to figure out, but would be nice to have directions rather than just a one page schematic of rack. Only assembly error I made was not knowing where the Allen wrench bolts go. figured it out and reassembled wheel unit. Really well made and heavy duty. Using this rack to load up my Vanda Orchids that are hung around the pool during Florida winters. Sure makes it easier to hang on a rolling rack like this and move them to warmer location.

This is a great rack. It assembles quickly, heavy duty,and easy to adjust height. However the hardware for the second bar is missing, making the bar useless. I would rather not send the whole unit back just for a couple of brackets. Is it possible to get parts ? A

Very worth the price. Super sturdy. Holds up to heavy clothes filling it as much as possible. The instructions could be better but I figured it out as it is pretty simple overall. Would love to buy a second one if there was a different one that was a little shorter left to right as I have 9ft of space not 10ft. This hits right at 5ft across and 2 feet front to back.

I hate assembling things like this but wow, this was easy. All pre-drilled holes matched up! This is a very sturdy piece, the wheels rolled across carpet and wood floors with ease, and the wheel locks worked. I was relieved that instead of just pictures, there were actual instructions for assembly. I’m very happy.
