I hope this red flashing light up to a night watchmen temperature sensor to protect my Camp from freeze ups up here in Vermont. Within a week after setting this thing up a neighborhood called and said that there was a red light blinking in my window. When I arrived, the temperature of the place was down to about 40°. I fixed the boiler and got everything.The simple set up save me a ton of money in broken pipes repair

Wire is small, not real bright but works. Wired to one leg of a 220 water pump and works as it should.

A recent drought gave me concerns about the water levels in our fish ponds. I already had a manual system in place for adding water utilizing a 1/2" copper water line running outside to the downspout drain feeding the ponds. We will be taking an extended vacation and I was worried that we would come back home to ponds full of toxic water and dead fish.I decided to create a new primary pond fill system using a 120V solenoid valve, a water level relay and water level probes. The system works great. When evaporation reduces the water below the Min probe, the relay energizes the valve and the pond refills to the Max probe level.I wanted to know when the system was functioning, so I added this beacon as an indicator. The relay energizes both the solenoid valve and the beacon. Now I can see at a glance when the system is in operation.

Bought this light to mount on a high voltage project as an alert when the low voltage side that powers the contactor is live. It works perfectly, bright, medium speed flash. Even in broad daylight it's easy to see. I use it in a protected location so can't say if it's weatherproof but it seems to be well sealed and claims to be IP44 rated (protected against water splashed from all directions). Draws just over 1 watt so about right for the 12 3528 LEDs that it has.
