Unfortunately, I have to give this product one star. I was very excited at the prospect of having an indoor grill since I’m unable to grill outside my townhouse. There are a lot of pieces that need to be cleaned. The water reservoir does do a decent job collecting the smoke. The problem lies with cleaning the appliance. Due to all the intricate pieces and nooks and crannies it is impossible to get it cleaned. It has continuous rancid meat smell, even after an hour of deep thorough cleaning after each use. The handle on the glass lid does not stay attached and continually comes unscrewed.

This inside grill Is the best. It cook food all the way through. It leave no heavy grease smell or anything thanks to the fan It has inside. I would buy another one of these to have for when I need to grill more food.

We're not allowed to have outside girls where we live so I purchased this when we purchased our home and it has not disappointed! Everything comes out juicy and wonderful. Truly, if I could have an outdoor gas grill I would still stick with this one I use it all the time it's easy to clean also

Awesome product! First time using one of these, and I think its great. Cooked pork chops for our first try and they came out perfect. Grill lines and everything as you can see. preheated it to 400 degrees before putting the meat on. Got a good sear then flipped them.Will be using this A LOT. Highly recommend.

This is the first time I used it. I love meat cooked on a grill but since moving to a condo this was not possible. I loved it, I still need to get used to cooking times.My tbone was perfect I am so happy with this grill. Also no smoke very little odour.

I cooked on this for a Christmas lunch. We did Korean BBQ for the main entree, and cooked inside due to the weather. I was a bit skeptical, as I typically grill on the stove in a cast iron in a plume of smoke. I am a convert, and I had to buy my own.We cooked the meal for 8 in two batches. There was no smoke and most importantly, no food smell on our holiday outfits or in the house. The grill got hot quickly and we could make the full meal without for everyone in attendance.I saw how easy this grill was to clean, which is a big reason why I don't have a large outdoor grill.I was such a fan, I went home and purchased my own the same night.

Gave this to my wife for Christmas b/c she had seen write ups and on social media about it and several friends could not stop extolling how great it was. Once we figured it - add water to help eliminate the smoke- fyi, it has been great. My wife has done steak and chicken mainly and it tastes like it was cooked outdoors. It does smoke a little bit, but really is not a big deal or a game changer. Has been great to grill indoors during the cold spells.

I thought this would be something we'd use occasionally, just for fun, but it turns out to be so useful we never put it away. It lives on the right half of our stove-top.We especially appreciate the griddle. One of the best things it does is to sear meat for braising. That task used to take a long time and fill the house with smoke, but now it's a breeze. The large griddle surface allows all the meat to sear at once, very quickly. There's still a little extra smoke in the house, but nothing like before.Surprisingly, it's also wonderful for cooking eggs and bacon. I can do fried, scrambled, or omelettes with ease, and after a bit of practice, I'm turning out perfect eggs that cook in just a few minutes. We buy cooked bacon, and I like to drop a few pieces on the griddle just as I'm turning my eggs, and it heats them up to a nice crispiness. Breakfast sausage also cooks up very nicely.I've been making stuffed peppers on the griddle, too. I soften the peppers in the microwave briefly, and then stuff them, and let them go on the griddle until everything is done.It's easy to clean up. I tried putting the grill and griddle in the dishwasher, but it doesn't do a great job on them, and it's really not necessary. A quick rinse under hot water with the scrub brush, and it's good to go. The non-stick surface is exactly what it claims. I recommend picking up a couple of wide silicone spatulas to avoid scratching it.Speaking of non-stick surface, and two spatulas, you might find that some items, especially fried eggs, will skitter around when you try to scoop them up with your spatula. It really is that slick! So we usually use two spatulas, one to keep the item from running away, and the other to slide under it.You can also let the fan stay running after you turn off the heat, which helps to contain any smoke while the grill is cooling off.

The grill looks beautiful and is made of good material. It is easy to assemble, use and clean after cooking.So far I have used it to cook steak and sausage. They both came out looking great and tasteful! The only thing that I don’t like is the temperature control button is not sensitive to my finger. I have to pressed it a few times, with the right amount of pressure and at the exact spot, in order to turn the temperature up or down. I think after a few times, I will get used to it. Also, the instruction manual said there is a white filter strips near the fan and that the filter is replaceable. I looked for it everywhere and upside down, couldn’t find it. Other reviews mentioned this same issue too. Please update the manual if there isn’t any filter that comes with this grill.

Really happy with this purchase. Easy to use and clean. Cooks evenly with no smoke coming from it.Now can have a barbecue indoor during the winter and on inclement weather which gives the same results/taste that a outdoor barbecue does. Great quality and easy to store in kitchen cabinets.
