this was the worst product I think I ever bought on Amazon in the last five years it's a frisbee that doesn't fly a dog frisbee is very flexible but does not fly you throw it to go straight to the ground it came concave and not even in a frisbee shape

Let me start off by saying, this is my dog‘s favorite toy. He is a six month old pitbull puppy. This toy lasted 10 days before it was torn. It is easy to clean and soars when tossed. Even though it didn’t last very long, I will be purchasing this again. I tried to keep him from chewing on it, but that is not always easy to do.

So the Frisbee came in delivery was fast part was in good shape. When I pulled it out of the box I was surprised at how soft and squishy it was. The cut outs in the center I knew were gonna be it's weak spot. I threw it out in the yard for the dog. Flight was not bad mostly could have been my throw but the dog got it and immediately ripped out a chunk in the center between the cutouts. This was all within the first minute maybe two. I was trying to see how this would hold up since the black soft Kong Frisbee lasts a month or 2 before it begins tearing. I will say even though it's torn the glow in the dark was pretty impressive even in a low light room it was bright! Just wish this was more durable. Definitely not a dog toy for dogs who like to self play and throw the Frisbee and shake it around.

My dog loves playing frisbee. She is an aggressive chewer to say the least. All our frisbees get destroyed eventually. 2 months is considered a very good life span for a frisbee in our household. I’ve tried about 8 types over the past few years. I managed one throw with this frisbee. My dog had it for approximately five seconds and was able to rip the frisbee apart. (See picture) not joking, she had possession for five seconds. It was still able to somewhat fly, but not sure I can actually rate the flying ability due to the immediate damage. I didn’t see it being able to go much farther than about 40 yards. Not enough weight and rigidity, so you can’t throw it hard enough to fly much farther. Might be a good purchase if your dog doesn’t like to chew on the disc or run after long throws.

My honest take. This is a good idea. It’s fun and easy to throw. Ultimately, this could not stand up to a big dog’s chewing. I took it away before it got completely pulverized. If they changed the description to small dogs only, then I’d say it’s a 4 or 5 Star toy.

Rips easy but it is a great toy to throw. Don't let them chew on it solo or it will be in pieces. Not Lab mix proof lol I have to get another one because of that.

This is great for throwing and glows well with just a few mins of having a torch shone on it, but definitely no good for tugging, it rips.

We have a German Shepherd Dog, who is very ball / Frisbee driven. He plays hard, and if left to his own devices chews hard. I debated this disc for a bit, but gave it a try based on reviews. Good call. It is a bit heavier than a thin Frisbee, but not so heavy to be an issue. Maybe heavier then you would want with a small dog though. That said, it would not hurt them. It is very flexible, and soft; but maintains its shape amazingly well. Zero concern of hurting any teeth, or taking a knock on the head with this, even compared to a normal lightweight Frisbee. What matters is this one actually flies. And flies well! Normal characteristics of a heavy Frisbee, with a bit of a shorter range. Normal "medium" to semi-hard throws are perfect for our dog starting out beside me. I loft it a bit and let it hover towards the end. Probably throwing around 100 feet with no issues. You can throw it harder / further - but for me it seemed to loose stability a bit (turning over in disc golf terms). But, with our dog, the 100 foot speed seems to be right on the money. It holds course fairly well in light wind (because of the weight I assume). It really excels at a nice hover towards the end. I expected with the slots that it would drop like a rock, but it does just fine and after a few tosses the pup had the timing down and as long as I don't make a bad throw pulls it out of the air with no issues. Two or three good sessions with it now. Zero Damage! Now, that is play sessions, not allowing him to chew on hit - but he clamps down pretty hard - no holes, no tears no damage what so ever. Honestly, this is my favorite dog Frisbee yet. But, with as soft as it is - I think any dog would shred this apart if they were given the opportunity to chew on it. But that's on us the owners, not the dogs lol. Real question is would I buy this again or not -- right now, that is a resounding yes! 100% impressed and happy with this disc.
