This Incentive spirometer tool is specifically for inhalation,not exhalation.This lung training exerciser will not assess how well you breathe out.It's simple to assemble,and keeping the ball floating in the smile-zone for the suggested two seconds is actually reasonably challenging.I think this would do well with my 13yo son for helping him understand how to breathe deeply.

I purchased this Incentive spirometer because I wanted to improve my singing skills,and that is exactly what it did.This Lung training exerciser shipped on time and came with everything I needed.I immediately started using it as soon as it arrived and saw great results from day one.I started to sing for longer periods of time and my voide cracks were no longer a problem.As I continued,I saw more and more results.I absolutely love this Lung training exercise equipment!

I am an avid cyclist but my lung capacity isn't what it used to be.A friend of mine is a respiratory therapist and suggested that I try this Incentive spirometer.I ordered Lung training equipment to see if it would help and it has.If you are looking to increase your lung capacity,whether it's for exercise or medical reasons,this respiratory Lung training exerciser really works.

I'm so glad I got this Lung training exercise equipment-my lungs feel stronger and I can hold notes for longer after using it for just a week.I works both on inhalation and exhalation so i feels like it lung training exerciser works my lungs out quickly and efficiently.I'd never seen one of this Lung training equipment before,but I wish I had gotten one years ago!
