This is for use as a ""breather"" type device for someone who is wheelchair bound.We love that it fits easily into the mouth, is easy to adjust and comes apart to clean.This product also comes with a case which is great for making sure it stays clean throughout the day.

I had recently quit smoking 6 months ago and took up saxophone. I wanted to use this to help build up my breathing capacity and it does seem to help. It is a bit of a workout but I can now hold long notes over 15 seconds and still improving.

It gets the job done. It's way cheaper than alternatives and does not look like it will break easily.I'm personally surprised how weak my breathing muscles are currently.

Other variations were extremely expensive. Gave this one a try and was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Fully adjustable for both inhales and exhales. No cons.

Noticed that after a few days of use, I need less caffeine in the morning to get going. Hopefully it assists with blood pressure as well.

I swim 1500m a day and this is the first thing I grab after my water bottle in the morning. It’s changed my entire breathing experience in the morning. East setting is plenty for most. A few mins and you can get full deep breaths effortlessly

This is a well made high quality product. It is being used to help with lung strength training. It doesn't have any rough parts to irritate your mouth and feel secure when biting down durning exercises.
