Little hard to put together the chair, some of the holes didn't line up. The instructions didn't match exactly how you assemble it. However, once you get past the assembly, it's a very sturdy, nice looking chair. It reclines very easily for gaming or makes a great office chair.

I purchased this item with high expectations only to have the base break in under a week of use. The slot where the wheel attached to the base broke with nothing but normal work in a office with a carpet floor. I love the chair other then the fact that the base is week and broke before I even finished paying for the item. I am highly disappointed in this item. I can’t seem to be able to contact them to see if they would consider it a warranty issue and either replace the base or return the item with no further payments. I replaced the base myself but they do not make a replacement for the plastic elbow connection which broke as well. This chair is not worth the high end cost.

I bought this product as a Christmas gift for my husband, a graduate of OSU. It arrived in a timely manner. Assembly was a little difficult but not impossible. It takes 2 people. One of the holes was a little off and it was difficult to get the one bolt in properly. However, he is very happy with the chair. It is well constructed and very nicely decorated. I would recommend this product.
