Park lights were dull before, now they are bright with the LED lights.

One of the lights stopped working after 4 weeks. Went to check and the plastics on je housing started melting and same thing happened to the other one. I remove them before I have an electrical problem

***HOW TO INSTALL***Lift the hood, on the top of the headlight under the hood there will be two circular black covers, twist them off to gain access to the headlight, unplug the old light by twisting and pulling, then take the bulb out and plug in the new light, put together the separate light and connecting piece by simply pushing it into place, push the night light back into where the old one was, test the lights, if it doesn’t work switch the left and right one and it will work. Hope this helps.

They installed easily and quickly in my 2015 F34 BMW 3GT (F30-ish) with the halogen lights. Light is a pleasing blueish and mixes well with the yellowish halogen. They are indeed Error-Free, "parking lamp malfunction" went away. I installed one on each side to match, even though only one bulb was out. I am not sure if they aren't keyed (+) and (-) on the LEDs or if I got lucky and put both in correctly, but the install was done in UPDATE - they lasted about 5 months.

I was hesitant to purchase this due to the number of negative reviews, however the price is good so I gave it a shot.Yes, the piece that fits back into the light housing is not the same style part that the car already has. Rather than inserting easily and turning, It’s a rubber gasket that fits very snug, and you must wiggle and push with some force at the same time. If you do this, it goes in great and is very secure. There’s no need for tape or glue, very confused by these comments as I think people just didn’t spend the time needed to install this the right way. Also, had no issues at all with the lights not working or any flashing, and error free. They look really nice compared to the OEM. Giving 5 stars bc this was easy to install and work great. I’ll revise my review if they die in a month or I have longevity issues like others have experienced.

UPDATE #2:April 23 2018...still going strong going on 2-years. After having them for some time I wish the color range was closer to being white versus white with a hint of blue...but as I had previously stated by not having to mess with replacing bulbs over and over again...that is well worth overlooking the color range. And with what I had prescribed to make them fit, I have never had to touch them after initially installing them and they have worked great.UPDATE#1:I have upgraded from 3 to 4 stars. Yes I still dink it for the shortcomings listed below, but otherwise they have performed with 5-stars. There have been zero errors and after my mods to the assembly, they have been spot on. Honestly BMW could have used one of the other bulbs to perform the same duty, but... they didn't. In this case, they really didn't need to be super bright, just enough to look right and now I feel as though they will last in comparison to the overpriced stock incandescent bulbs and no more annoying warning to let me know for the nth time one is not working. I do wish the color range was the same as in the LED's on the door handles and license plate in the back, but again, price and overall value trumps that difference.I will start off that I knew of a few shortcomings with this before I bought it and will elaborate.... First it was neatly packaged and everything arrived without issue. First -1 star... Polarity. As others mentioned, the bulb will only work one way... I simply used a 12v power supply on the bench and one way was nothing, the other was nice and bright. With that I just marked with a silver marker each bulb and their socket. Done there. -1 more star for the socket configuration. I completely agree here, it is definitely not a secure fit. I used some JB Weld and a piece of electrical tape... Let it dry and it is good to go. That part is done.So yes I knew what I was getting into and was willing to make it work on a 3-series BMW. In the end they are bright enough and hopefully will be the last set of bulbs I will need as the car kept eating the stock ones...5 in 2-years as the bulbs are small and would get really hot...and blow. Hopefully a thing of the past!

Easy To Install, No error or any Codes what so ever gives the car a very nice look.Do not get these if you are looking for actual brightness on the road as these are not bright at all.
