PROS: Small size. Dims to a low setting so the room isn’t bright at night. You can turn off all sounds and the wake-up light will still come on. The bird songs are relaxing if you choose to use the sound for an alarm.CONS: None at this time. Just started using it.COMMENTS: Great concept to teach kids that it is time for bed or time to get out of bed. I like that you don’t have to set an audible sound for wake up and just the green light will come on with the smiley face having its eyes open. I use this for a three year old who is getting out of bed to early. She knows she can stay in her room and play but isn’t allow to come out until it turns green. Of course this doesn’t always work but better than nothing. I like that the night light when the smiley face closes its eyes comes on automatically. This color can be changed by pressing the top of the clock. Blue being our favorite color.

Super cute and works great! This uses colors and emojis to give children a more fun way to recognize and understand time. I love all the colors and faces! With just one press, the nap timer will start and the countdown time is available for 15/30/60/90/120 minutes. I wish I had something like this when I was a kid. There is one button to set snooze mode and multiple times to choose from. There are 4 soothing sounds and 9 levels of volume adjustment. I would definitely recommend this.

I picked this up for my daughter to use on my grandson. The iHoo Kids Alarm Clock, Toddler Sleep Training Clock with Emoji, Toddlers Night Light Clock for Kids Bedroom.He is almost 6 years old, and has been struggling with waking up too early. Rolling out of bed, and going into his mom’s room, asking if it’s time to get up. Also, when I come visit, he will come into the guest room I'm staying in, will say to me “I have something to tell you”, or will ask me, if time to get up. I’m and early riser as I am accustomed to waking up early for work, so its hard for me to send home back to bed, as I love his company too. None the less, I too would have to send him back to bed to rest his eyes, knowing he will just lay there and would return again soon, more times than not.The iBook Kids Clock was just implemented. This has been a great addition. His mom tells me, he know waiting for the clock to turn red to green. The first morning it was used. He went came into his mom and dad’s room at 7:05 am and said “mom the light turned green it’s time to wake up it, was red forever”…. lol.Love this idea. The clock is sturdy and easy to setup and use. As you would have it, this clock really works. Functional and fun. Such a wonderful addition. Highly recommended.

I had been interested in trying one of these for my 2 year old who will sometimes wake up at 3am asking me if it's time to get up yet. I had been telling her not until the sun comes up, but come spring, that's not going to work hahaWe've used this for 2 nights so far and I think she is already beginning to understand what the lights mean. It is easy to set the bed and wake times, and you can turn the alarm on or off so it makes noise or doesn't (I have it turned all the way down so it doesn't make noise - I don't need her to get up at a certain time, I just want her to know if it's ok to be up or not). I like the little face on the front to help reinforce sleep/awake with the corresponding color. I think 2 things would make it even better - if it was able to be plugged in OR charged to be used wireless, and if it had music on it. Since she was born we have used a nightlight with lullaby music available on it. We now have that and this new one on the shelf together because we need both the music and the light. It would be great if we could have just switched to this entirely, but not taking any stars off since I knew that wasn't a feature, just think it would be nice if it was!

This is perfect for my early risers.This clock is very user friendly. The instructions were informative and everything was pretty straightforward.My littles don't take nap but I am excited to use that nap time feature for quiet time. A previous clock I had didn't have a nap time setting so I appreciate this added feature.The clock is cute and my kids like it!
