Having to set it was a workout. IdK why you can't just hold down the buttons to change the time. It took me 10 minutes to go through all the hours to set my alarms. I thought I was going to break the buttons pressing it so many times. Bluetooth seems to work pretty good. Sound quality isn't bad. Kinda disappointed there's no am/fm radio in it. BUT I guess I should get my money's worth out of my spotify. Wireless charging works. I just gotta take the outter shell off my phone case to use it, but that's because of my popsocket.

Everything works well except for the wireless charging. I do have a case on my phone but it is designed to work with wireless charging. Overall I would not buy this again because it is just mediocre for the high price.

This thing is a giant piece of crap. I can never get it to fully wirelessly charge my phone. It will start charging my phone and then will stop charging it about 10 minutes in and the charging symbol will rapidly flash, indicating an issue with charging. This has caused my phone to die in the middle of the night, and I missed my alarm. Horrible product. Will never waste my money by purchasing another iPhone product again!!

Great little unit! Sounds nice and easy to use. Takes some getting use to but it has a lot of features.

I’ve only had this alarm clock for one day, but so far it seems to be an excellent alarm clock. I just wanted to write this review in response to other reviews I’ve read saying that the sound of the speakers is very quiet. I will agree that if you simply turn the volume up on the alarm clock to the very top level at 40, it does seem only moderately loud. But, if you also turn up the volume on your phone (or other device) the sound gets significantly louder. It can actually get to a very blasting sound if you make sure to turn up the sound on both the alarm clock and on your phone or other device. I just thought this might help some people if they are worried about the speakers being too quiet. Personally, I think the sound is great quality and I will definitely enjoy being able to play music in my room while I’m doing other things, or to wake up to in the morning 🙂. Aside from that, the instructions are very clear and it is very easy to set the time and date and the two alarms, and to pair the Bluetooth. It also has a switch on the back that allows you to set it to automatic adjustment for daylight savings time. And it has a USB charging port in the back in case you want to plug in another device and save yourself the need to plug another cord into a wall socket.The wireless charging works perfect for me so far. I have a case on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and it has no problem charging with the case on. It’s not an extremely thick case but it’s meant to be a very protective case if you drop your phone, and I have dropped my phone many times with no damage. So it’s not the thickest case ever (not like OtterBox Defender cases I’ve had before) but also not a very thin case either.If I have any updates to this review as I continue to use the alarm, I will definitely add them here. But so far I think I will be very happy with this alarm clock and I’m glad I purchased it!

ive been using this product daily for many months now, and overall, its very goodthe sound quality is good, the alarms are good (but difficult to figure out how to reset after you've set them for the first time)it has two charging methods which i use simultaneously with two different types of phones, both are android.i use a samsung s8 on the wireless charging padand an older LG for the USB cord method.I am using bluetooth with spotify on my Samsung every single night.Only issue with this, is I have reconnect every night, by pressing and holding the bluetooth button on the machine and also restarting my bluetooth on my phone, for it to register after a day of being apart from one another.This is okay, it's become part of my nightly routine, but I wish i didn't need to do it.One other issue, and this is the biggest one.My phone sometimes does not fully charge (its a brand new phone with no issues) on the wireless charging pad.it has to be placed PERFECTLY on top of the charging pad (and sometimes it takes a long time to get it to start charging perfectly).this may be due to my phone being in a case. (this case is very light, and not heavy duty/thick)but it's also a great annoyance.because i not want to take my phone out of it's case every night to charge it (with the potential for it to fall off during the night and break. -- i am a violent sleeper ... )my phone continuously only charges to 87% when it's on this wireless charging. I am not sure if this is due to it using bluetooth to play my music through the machine every night, but ALMOST every morning I wake up with my phone only half charged. some times it fully charges it, but most nights it doesn't.Once again, i'll stress that this is not an issue with the phone, as it fully charges everywhere else, but this machine.maybe i got a faulty speaker, or maybe not, but it works great with everything else.i really REALLY love the 'dim' feature. the lights of the screen are completely turned off when i want them to. and this is the most important feature for me, (which is ridiculously hard to find these days for some reason)I would reccomend, for future products of this machine, that it returns to a docking station, rather than using bluetooth and wireless charging.I honestly don't think it works well and would love to buy a machine without the need to use wireless or bluetooth.Overall, this product is good. I am happy with it, but I have to remain cautious when using it, and for the price, I would suggest you fix these issues.

So, I am not sure where most people are having issues with this alarm clock. I LOVE IT. I received this product yesterday. Upon opening the box, it was exactly as listed. I’ve seen many reviews talking about it was confusing to set up. If you read the instructions, it’s a piece of cake. Had it set up in a matter of minutes. Relatively easy beings the “clock set” button is located directly on the back. The blue tooth pair without an issue. The clock display is very bright and easy to read. Setting the alarms, also, no hassle at all as long as you read the instructions. The ONLY thing I legit would change is the 4 options in tones that it gives you to wake up to. Make them I little less soft. Best way I can explain it. Though they do gradually get louder. However just make sure you turn the alarm volume up and it shouldn’t be much of an issue. The charger didn’t take anything special. Without a case it picked up my phone instantly. We tried my husbands phone which has a life proof case on and had to slowly move it around until it picked up the phone. If you take a realistic approach you won’t have an issue with this alarm clock. READ the instructions and know if something is in the way, the charger either will need to find the phone if at all if you charge your phone using the wireless charge option. A case MAY hinder the wireless charging. If anything changes, I will update my review but so far this is been a nifty alarm clock.

I was disappointed with this product. I've had iHome products in the past and they were generally ok. This unit is under powered, has fewer features and doesn't work consistently.No time sync. Can only play music through bluetooth as USB is charging only. Bluetooth fails at least 25% of the time. So if you'd like to wake to music, don't buy this unit. You'll only be disappointed.Display is terrible compared to previous models. And I can't believe that in 2019 there's no way to sync the clock to another device. iHome seems to be going backwards on this unit.Button lay out is also bad. Unless you are meaning to hit the snooze buttons, that is the only one that can be used from bed. All others are not visible or intuitively placed without getting up and turning on the light. And I'm just talking about volume and fast forward.Menus are less sophisticated and harder to navigate.I'm actually going to rescue my old alarm clock from the trash since this thing seems to be worse than what I had. Maybe I'll keep it for the wireless phone charger. It's really not good for much else.
