My Papillon has beautiful, long silky hair that often will matte, and always sheds!The shampoo and conditioner combination make his hair, very silky and easy to brush.It does not irritate his skin.I bring it with him to the groomer!He comes out, looking like a show dog!Did not give five stars only because of the high price!

Highly, highly recommend. Don't waste your money on a lot of other brands you see on Amazon. The 16:1 dilution ratio will make it last for a long time, being cheaper in the long term than the $20 bottles.This shampoo is absolutely perfect for bathing your long haired dog. The fur is very silky soft and a lot of loose hair came out. I also used the leave in keratin conditioner from the same brand. Great combo.The smell on my dogs is slightly better than the local groomer I go to (who I love!) but so much better than anything the big box pet store groomers use.

Very nice dog shampoo.Has a mild and pleasant fragrance.I have used it a few times now and it has made a definite improvement in my Bearded Collie's long and double coat. This shampoo makes it a lot easier to remove any tangles or knots.My dog's coat is left with a nice healthy shine with more volume.Grooming is much easier after using this shampoo and allowing her coat to dry completely before brushing.

This is by far my most favorite shampoo I have tried on my Goldendoodle. I feel like she tends to be a smelly dog but her fur texture can easily get matted so every shampoo we tried was drying her fur and causing her to itch but not this one. And she smells so good after. I use both the shampoo and conditioner and it leaves her fur shiny, soft and clean.

After trying multiple products which would make my puppy’s hair look dull, frizz.y or make his skin itchy and my hands breaking out in eczema, the I groom shampoo and conditioner is exactly what i expected a product to deliver. Lathers up well, no hair tangles, hair blow dries faster, silky soft, and the smell, not perfumy strong, just perfect. May I use it on my hair as well? 😉

Smells Great weeks after the bath. Nice lather and easily rinsed out. Seems to have helped with shedding even after the first wash. I also bought the conditioner and my Husky's fur is so soft and still smells nice. The shampoo is concentrated so you will need to dilute it but the directions are easy to follow. I'm very pleased with this product.

I have used another igroom shampoo for my mini schnauzer and loved it. It smells wonderful. I got a shi-chi and she has some fur that sheds. I am not sure how much it helps for deshedding so far but my dog smells amazing after giving her a bath. It is worth the extra money.

I saw this recommended by a groomer on a social media platform so decided to give it a shot for my long-haired poodle that easily knots and mats. It has been fabulous! It truly detangles, softens, and smells delish, leaving my poodle’s fur better than ever each time!I use this with the charcoal conditioner in the same line and my poodle comes out of his baths cleaner than ever, smelling AMAZING, and with minimal tangles to work through. I always aim to brush his coat before bathing knowing that baths worsen mats or knots, but with this product, I haven’t had an issue bathing when there still some small tangles. This and the charcoal conditioner loosen them right up instead of the opposite. This line also leaves his fur the softest, brightest, and shiniest out of any product I or his groomers have used before. His fur is actually so soft and smooth after using this that it really helps deter knotting for at least a couple of weeks after. I used to need to brush him daily to prevent knotting (alas, poodles!), but since using this and the conditioner, I can brush him twice a week or even once every ~5 days without any issues at all.Poodles are notorious for their sensitive skin, and mine is no exception. This has not caused any skin issues.I have tried at least a dozen top-rated dog shampoos and conditioners over the years, and nothing compares to this. Ten out of ten. Literally, the only con is the price, but it is worth it!
