Seemed like good quality but the filter element inside was rattling around inside the filter. With that said there's no way it can filter anything. I purchased two of these and installed one and then found the problem. I sent the second one back and then ordered all Mercury OEM filter and hose replaced it all again. No problems with the Oem.
