Used this product for my rice. Holds a lot of weight. Easy to use and clean. Very secure seal. Absolutely love and would recommend.

It's a nice dispenser. It's pretty easy to use. Just press 1 button till it dispenses desired amount then release and pull out the cup. It fits really well on my countertop next to the rice cooker and it doesn't take up too much space. Most small pieces come out for cleaning. It's pretty good for the price compared others and its simple to use.

This product is great. Works as described, all that BUT it does not hold an entire 25 lb bag of rice. I specifically purchased this one because it said it would hold 25 lb. It holds approximately 22 lb so I am left with several servings before my rice bag is empty. Otherwise I am happy with it but very disappointed it does not have the capacity listed.

It looks nice BUT not confident about it being air tight as written in the description. It was missing the green seal on the herb pocket as pictured in the product video on the site. Also no information included about the product in box. No cleaning or care instructions.
