My 80lb fur baby got the XXL and it fits perfect. There is some stretch in the harness strap part to ensure it stays on. Took a few tries to get the hang of putting it on but honestly very simple. The jacket it high quality and the zipper is beefier than a standard zipper. I appreciate that we don’t need his harness when wearing this coat as there is a metal loop thing to attach the leash. Inside is super soft and fuzzy. The belly part cuts away enough to ensure he doesn’t pee on the coat. Honestly I’m overall very impressed.

Excellent value. Fleece lining, stretch front arm holes, nylon shell with reflective strips. Better than expected. Made my day. Additionally, the harness is included on the outside of coat. Reflective thread also woven into harness. Both reflective components great when hiking in snow at night. Would buy again.

My dog is getting older and has started feeling the cold more. She still loves going for long walks but we live in a colder Northern state in the US. This coat/harness combo is the perfect solution. It's very warm, waterproof, reflective and easy to get on and off. The fleece lining is thick, soft and plush. The harness straps are sturdy and well made. High quality materials, fabric and fasteners also. My dog wears it happily and it keeps her safe, warm and dry.

Bought this jacket for our 46 lb 3 year-old Coonhound last year, so we are in our 2nd winter with it. It is a great jacket with only two things that I'd like to see improved. Good features: great weight, warm, good zip/velcro closure that keeps out wind, collar can be folded down, cozy faux fur lining, nice color w/ good reflective strips and the strap design eliminates the need for a harness (but see below).Need to improve: the belly doesn't come as far down as it does on the dog in the photos. Our dog is very long and the jacket leaves a lot of her belly exposed -- more importantly, this causes the back end of the jacket to flap about and fly up if it is caught by the wind. I'll have to make a padded strap with clips or velcro to keep it snug. Second, the cinch straps are strong and the arrangement is good for clipping on a leash (without needing a harness), but the slides won't stay in place, so by the end of the walk, the once snug fit is pretty loose. Since our dog is VERY active, we really need those adjustment slides to grip better. Don't know if this is the fault of the plastic slide or the strap material, but it's annoying, as we really like the jacket otherwise.

Je l'ai acheter pour mon Berger Allemand, pour les journées super froides et les tempêtes de neige.Facile à enfiler. Doux, s'ajuste très bien. Mais c'est fait petit, prenez vraiment une taille plus grande.Le seul petit défaut : j'aurais apprécié qu'il soit plus long sur le dos, afin de mieux le couvrir lors des tempêtes de neige.

This jacket is easy to put on my mini schnauzer 26 lb dog. The large fit perfectly. Love that it's machine washable. The velcro strips really help with this zipper and the exterior loops are very strong. I don't use a collar with a leash anymore, just these oops on the jacket. Very durable design, and the reflective strips are a plus

Bought for Bassett crossed with springer spaniel. So difficult to find a coat for Molly’s body shape. Long body but she has the Bassett chest and most coats aren’t large enough to fit around thus area it they aren’t long enough. This coat fits perfectly. We are very happy with our purchase snd the excellent customer service. Thank you

I can't rave enough about this coat for my little dog. She is 11 lbs, 13" around her neck, 15" around her waste (she's much smaller when wet; most of it is her long hair). And she's very comfortable in it. Not constrained at all. The inside is incredibly soft, like alcapa fur. The built in harness is very strong; I don't see any way she can wiggle out of the coat and harness when I make it adjusted for her. It's not as thick as I thought I would need for a New England winter, but she does not shiver in it, which is saying a lot for her. She shivers outside in the slightest cold. The zipper on top is such a good idea; makes it so much easier to get on and off her because her long hair always gets caught in velcro or zipper or snaps underneath. She just needs to put her two front feet in the holes, and we're off; no squeezing her legs into it. The coat also extends underneath much more than most, which is where she needs the warmth the most. Easier to control the zipper on top, especially with the good fabric underneath the zipper to prevent hair from getting into it . The velcro that covers the zipper (for water proofing) is very, effective- maybe too strong actually (strongest velcro I've ever seen). I also like that it doesn't have a hood; neither of my dogs will tolerate a hood on their heads. It does however have a high neck which she doesn't seem to mind and providers added warmth and protection in snow and rain. I hesitated to spend this much on a dog coat but wow, it's worth every penny! I'm very pressed with the quality and thought that went into this coat. I hope this helps you to decide if this coat is right for your loved one.

Had to trade in the medium for a large against the suggestions.I have a pug (I didn’t have the means to measure him) and the suggestion for pugs was a medium. Mine, however towers over every other pug we’ve met and is also more muscular, chunkier, and longer. He’s just a really big guy. I was shocked to find his health dna show he was 100% pug bc I was convinced he was mixed based on his size alone. But also, with that said, the suggested size for a pug was medium. He didn’t fit that. I thought a large would be far too big as it’s recommended for golden retrievers which I grew up with and he’s definitely not a golden retriever size. Can you imagine the snort/snoring on a golden retriever sized pug? Anyway, I tried it anyway because it was perfect in theory with the fleece inside, the water resistant outside with the reflective lining, the zipper that easy goes up the back, and especially the built-in harness! To not have to fit his harness over a coat was a big pro to this coat. The large came in and actually fit him snugly and perfectly. Not too snug, just right. I think the sizing is a little off because I couldn’t imagine a golden fitting into this thing. My dog is 39lbs and a little tall but no where near a golden. It’s great through and he moves easily in it. He doesn’t mind it one bit!
