This awning was perfect to add to my front door! I hated that we didn’t have a roof/awning over our front door but we have always had more important projects to tackle around the house. When I saw this I thought it would work but didn’t know how well. It was easy to install. My husband, son and friend put it up in about 40 minutes. We’ve had several bad storms since installing and it has held up well. It really looks nice too.

Hardware includes M4 screws in the box for assembly, but there are a couple places on the awning where M4s don't work. The holes are too big for M4s to grab hold. #8 screws work much better. I removed a star because of this.Otherwise the awning is great. It is light weight, but very rigid and strong. I do recommend the awning, but you should be prepared to use larger screws.

This is definitely a 2 man job!The directions are basically a pictogram. While there is basic information on the pictures, you are on your own.After fighting with getting the first panel installed, I found it best to assemble the panels ahead of time. I used some silicone on the aluminum rails (the ONLY metal parts of the kits, other than screws), let it dry overnight and come back the next day and assemble the panels into the frame....and then screw the frame into your wall.While the description mentions Aluminum, frame rails (that the panels attach to) are plastic. The Panels are foam board; they are held together by the aluminum rails.Once it comes together, it works fine and looks good. But, definitely NOT worth the Price.

It says it takes two people and they mean it!I tried to put it together myself and gave up.I have friends coming over to do it for me.But once it is up it will be amazing!

It's missing pilot holes to make it easy assembly total pain in the ass to assemble never ever again honestly I'd like my dam money back ive wasted hours on this thing only for it to still not be assembled nor on the wall. A waste it just looks nice!
