They recommend that you order a size up. I did and agree that is what you need to do.I was surprised how comfortable this shirt is. The chest and back are made of a soft material while the sleeves are made of a heavier fabric. The shirt is a pullover with a zipper on the neck to adjust the opening. There are sleeve pockets on each arm with a place to stick Velcro patches. There are also removable elbow pads. Overall this is a nice shirt to wear and looks great. I am surprised with how comfortable it is. Just remember to order one size up.Notes:- Order a size larger than you usually wear- Very comfortable, trunk is soft, sleeves are heavy duty- Has removable elbow pads- Has sleeve pockets with places for Velcro patches- Sleeve cuffs have Velcro straps to adjust cuff size- This is a pull over with a zippered neck

i cant use this for training, its extremely hot and sweaty. the chest is thin and flimsy and the arms feel like the same material as a yellow rain jacket, which is just fine if there was an inner liner and venting. which there is none. if you are buying this for tac training, dont waste your money. one more thing the arm "pads" arnt really pads at all, you will get stone bruises on your elbows landing into prone position. funny thing is after i pulled the trigger on buying this, my usual brand went on cyber monday sale.***not meant for duty use.

The quality of the material is good. It is a little stiff but it is new. The functionality of the pockets are good. The fit was exactly as expect for the size I picked. Maybe slightly bigger.

I got this to wear while dirt-biking as an outer layer underneath my tactical vest. I really love it! The body is comfortable and stretchy, and the sleeves are more burly if I take a fall on the trail. I got a medium and it fits true to size for me; maybe the sleeves are just a bit short, but they actually fit really well with no extra length. I can get some slim D30 elbow pads under easily too. Recommended!
