The cold-chain packaging ensures that refrigerated and frozen goods are shipped at optimal temperatures, arriving in top condition. The outer dimensions of each box are 10 х 10 х 10 inches, with an internal box+liner capacity of 1.5 gallons (7 х 7 х 7 inches) .
Our 1.5-inch thick paper-based insulated liners keep products cold for up to 72 hours when used with ice packs. Each liner features a 40# kraft paper shell with a unique multilayer cellulose wadding inside. All materials are odorless, non-toxic, and plastic-free; proudly made in the USA.

It’s a box as described. Mailed food ground and it made it ok. Box is sturdy and works as designed. If you need a good box this product does the job.

Horrible product.Does not keep anything cold over 24 hours.After receiving product in 72 hours ( as advertised) everything melted !This is not a 72hour freezer box.. buyer beware!

Bought the box to send cold RX medicine to my mother in ND. Went from ABQ to FAR in 30 hours and was told the ice packs and medication stayed super cold when opened.Box did the job! Was even good shape and will use again.

I sent two packages with the same contents (4lbs of hard frozen fish filets), and included three 16oz (hard frozen) ice packs in each. The first package was delivered in ~28 hours and the fish was still mostly frozen. The second package was delivered in ~50 hours and the fish had mostly thawed (center was still solid, but edges had thawed). Even in the second one, the thawed edges were still chilled, just not frozen. The description says “Keeps cold up to 72hrs” which was not inaccurate, but important to note “keeps cold” does not equal “keeps frozen”. So I’d recommend this for overnight only if used for frozen items, and I’d recommend another ice pack or two.
