The background color is more a sparkly gunmetal or pewter than black and the color of the stars is less vibrant than pictured, but it is still cute. Since it fits as expected, my budding gymnastics loves it, and it was only $10, I only deducted 1 star. I will try to update after a few months on wear.

I was nervous the materials would be scratchy since it is so affordable, but this leotard is stretchy and soft and perfect for my daughter in gymnastics. I love that it is a more modest style since she is very young. Runs a bit big but not too big for her to wear it.

My daughter picked this out, she is 6 years old a small for her size so I ordered the 5/6 . The company sent us the wrong product, something more for adults that look like Spanx with padding in the top. I returned it on Amazon and they promptly sent me the correct product. No issues at all on that, and I almost feel like it was even rushed because we got it right away.So now we have the correct product and it is very beautiful, prettier in person than the picture online even. The fit was great, 5/6 fit my 6-year-old who's a little on the short side.

Fit was good, daughter thinks it’s comfy but it’s definitely not black. I didn’t notice until she had already worn it but it’s a dark grey metallic color and the pink stars aren’t as vibrant.
