No twisting of wires needed but stranded wires do need to be tinned. Sometimes it is hard to get 14ga and 12ga wires in but once inserted I like that I can see that all wires have made good contact.

I prefer these over wire nuts, especially when space is at a premium. And they're lots less expensive than Wagos. They work well, never had one fail.

With several wires coming in to the box it is nice to have connectors that take up less room then wire nuts and are easier to attach. I'll use these whenever I can.PS: I'm only using these in low current, LED lights, circuits.

It works good. Easy to install. But hard to remove wires, in case if you want to remove. Conceals the wire and safe to use.

I had no difficulty with these at all, they solidly took in a combo of 16 gauge Romex with some 18 gauge braided. No slippage, no 'oops a wire fell out while I was working on a different wire', etc.I will say, in all my decades of electrical work, there are times I might prefer a screw cap over these, but in either situation, I very often will tape up the terminations, screw top and push-in. And the push-in offers visible connectivity as well as a much more organized termination for 3-wire connections. Basically, I'm more likely to use these when possible. But if there's any doubt - and with electrical, there is always doubt - there's nothing wrong with making sure your work is secured with electrical tape.
