Very warm and comfortable to use, light weight and packable. The size of the product is true as advertised. A well built product. Will recommend.

I needed a small blanket that was compact - and this is. It is also extremely light. The only problem I have is that it is so light and the cover is so slick that it invariably ended up on the floor from movement in the night. Fortunately, it has some convenient loops that I used to tie it in place. It also has some reciprocal snaps and a drawstring at the end that allow you to use it almost like a sleeping bag.

These blankets rock! Excellent for travel, they're warm, convenient for backpacks, and I love the ability to wear it!! I compared a bunch of blankets like these and I am glad I went with these. Hubby and I give two thumbs up.

This thing packs down tiny, and is super comfy to wrap up in. I bought it for camping, but was surprised to find that I liked it so much I use it at home as well!I bought the smaller size because I imagined myself taking it backpacking for a little extra warmth and wanted the most lightweight option possible, but IMO that's not a great use for it (it's warm, but not warm enough for backpacking). I mostly take it car camping or use it in my own living room. It's great for wrapping up next to the fire, and I'll drape it over my sleeping bag at night, but I don't think it adds a lot of warmth to the sleeping bag - a thermal bag liner will do that particular job much better.I definitely wouldn't recommend using it instead of a sleeping bag, unless you're camping somewhere where it's genuinely hot even at night. The smaller size is also very cramped if folded into "sleeping bag mode" - it performs much better as a blanket. On the upside, it is lightweight, very portable, and has a silky texture. Mine came with a few loose threads, but TBH at this price point I would not expect it to be absolutely perfect, and loose threads are very easy to remove.

I bought the smaller size as a sofa blanket and I use it almost every day. I love it so much that I bought the larger size for my bikepacking trips. I rode the Great Allegheny Pass and the C&O canal over 6 days (330 miles) and it kept me warm every night. On colder nights I sleep on my pad with the blanket doubled over me. Then on chilly mornings while I’m breaking down camp I can wear it as a poncho and it’s the last thing to get packed into my backpack before I get back on my bike. I’d guess it’s comfortable to 60*F. In a couple of weeks I’m taking it to Maine for a canoe trip. It’s supposed to drop into the 50’s at night, but I’ll just wear layers while I sleep. It’s 1/3 the size of my sleeping bag and lightweight so it doesn’t impede me when I have to portage my gear. However, I agree with the other posts that the zipper gets caught on the blanket if you are not extremely careful. I have the grey one and the blue one and I love the colors.

I had this item in my Amazon cart for a while and almost didn’t buy it. We have a long haul flight coming up and I wanted to get a warm blanket incase the flight was freezing, which can sometimes happen but I was worried that it would be too big and bulky for my carry on. Finally, at the very last minute I decided to buy it and I am so happy I did! I absolutely love this blanket! It is super warm and cosy yet very lightweight and packs into its attached stuff sack easily and stuffed is about the size of a small square travel pillow (and could easily be used as a pillow as well). Love that it snaps into a poncho so that it doesn’t fall off while sleeping on a plane. Quality looks great too (will post again if it turns out otherwise).I am very happy with this purchase and will buy more of these for the rest of my family.

I bought this insulated blanket for backpacking in hot weather, and it is perfect for what I wanted. It's lightweight and easily packable, making it ideal for my trips. However, when I opened the package and tried to take the blanket out, the zipper on the pouch immediately broke. While I bought it mainly for the blanket and not the pouch, I'm a bit upset that the zipper didn't even last 5 minutes. I plan to put the blanket in a different packable sack for my trips. Overall, the blanket is great, but the pouch quality could be improved.

TLDRGood for urban use and travelling.Would be good if onebaggingBetter options if your taking it hard camping, see the bottom. Its a comfortable, large warm blanket that packs down pretty well. Its a woobie with 3M Thinsulate. There is no hole for your.head or corner rings to tie to a poncho. Its good for home use, great to snuggle into on a sofa or for a kid to play on (avoid stuff that stains though). It's the kind of blanket that will be good for a car trip, carrying packed down to make a long flight more comfortable (packed size is about the size of a down jacket). It'll do on a bed as a light duvet. It'll donas an indoor sleeping bag, OK if a flight is delayed and you're on the airport. It'll do as an emergency blanket in a car, or for sleeping outdoors in a tent on a warm night, but not much more. Its big enough for an average adult to wrap themselves in. At 6'4 with the studs done up like a sleeping bag it comes up to my chin.Speaking of which, the internal bag is halfway down the stud line. Not a big issue if you roll on it with virtually no 'digging in' but this section lacks studs, giving a large vent hole in the middle of that edge. If that edge is free, it can get draughty. If your planning on a blanket for outdoors use, especially if your using it without a good overhead tarp or matt, look at the snugpack's poncho liners or the brilliant jungle blanket. Far more durable and better suited to rough wear.

I bought this before a spring camping trip to the mountains and it did amazingly well for what it is. It's thin, light, comfortable, dries quickly and cleans easily. My one downside to this product has as much to do with my lack of understanding as to it's actual size and therefore function. For a 6 ft 200# man, it's a little small to be used as a wrap-around. It can work but there's no extra space to move and I had to change my use for it. While I continued to use it as a campsite wrap while up and around, going to sleep with it became problematic and so I finally gave up and reworked my gear to use it as a top quilt only.Bottom line is that I would buy it again but for different reasons than I had originally bought this due to my size. It's perfectly ideal for someone who is smaller or at least with the understanding that it makes a better top quilt than to replace a sleeping bag for grown men.
