Choose Correct Filter Kits for Your Vacuum
How to change Shark XHF650 Filters
- Step 1 - Pull up on the dust cup release latch and lift the dustcup off the pod.
- Step 2 - Holding the dust cup over a garbage bag or can, press the bottom empty release latch.
- Step 3 - Press the top dust cup release latch to access the dust screen and remove built-up debris as required.
- Step 4 - With the dust cup removed, remove and replace the foam and felt filters XFF650 every 3 months.
- Step 5 -Open the filter grill and remove the HEPA filter you just bought at I-clean shop
How to wash Shark XFF650 Foams
- Step 1 - Removing the filter:ensure the machine is disconnected from the charger before removing the filter.
- Step 2 - Washing the filter: run water over the outside of the filter until the water runs clear.
- Step 3 - Filter drying:leave to dry completely for a minimum of 24 hours.
- Step 4 - Replacing the filter:to refit, place the dry filter back into the machine.

I initially bought from another vendor which claimed compatible with NV752 but it was not. The filter was a bit smaller than the OEM. Plus, the smell was very bad.This I-clean version seems to fit well. I just tried and it didn't have stinky smell. So far it is good. I will report after using some months to see.

These are great filter replacements. They look, feel, and fit just like the filters that came in the Shark NV752. I typically use the filters, wash once and reuse, then replace. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat of our own but we also socialize puppies before they go to their forever home. So we can have as many as 10-12 dogs at any given time. This puts our home air filters, portable room air filters, and vacuum filters to the test and I can say that these do the job as well if not better than the stock filters that came with the vacuum. VERY PLEASED. I typically get about 6 weeks out of a filter set (using the vacuum every day). As of the time of this review, I have replaced the filters on my vacuum with these about 10-12 times in just over 2 years and have never been disappointed with the quality or fit. Very much recommended.

The round filter is too small and provides a gap around the filter and housing. Will keep and eye on it to see if dust is getting past the filter and update my review in the future.At this point, I wouldn't recommend this product for an AZ1002.

If your vacuum doesn't have the suction it used to but the filters look fine, don't throw in the towel and buy a new vacuum. Try new filters instead. I have a Shark Apex Duo AX 951 that is now four years old. I've taken good care of it and cleaned the filters regularly. For the last two months it's lost a lot of it's suction power. I checked the filters and, although they looked clean, I cleaned them anyway. I checked for obstructions. No luck. Ten swipes was still leaving dog hair behind. My other vacuums lasted on average two or three years and I paid more for this one in hopes it would last longer. I was about to give up and was looking for a new vacuum. Despite the fact my filters looked clean, I decided to try new filters before I invested a few hundred dollars I don't have in a new vacuum. The filters arrived today. I installed them and turned on the vacuum and it took off on me. It hasn't done that in a while. One to two swipes and the dog hair is gone, even on black carpets. I'm thrilled! This is a great value. So, I repeat, if your filters look fine but you've lost suction, don't throw in the towel, try these first!The only con is that the size of the foam filters isn't consistent, there can be a half inch or so difference between them. I compared them to my old filter and one was a little taller, another a little shorter, and one the same size, so quality control isn't the best, but it saved me $300 so I don't feel I should complain. Knocked off one star for the lack of consistency.

I loved being able to buy replacements for my vacuum however, they are not as round as original and the foam filter is not as tight as original. I had to order the last two number a 72 as my machine called for a 73 but it did not have replacement parts in number so I tried one number lower. It has just as much suction as original part...
