This unit replaced our bottom loading cooler. So far it is working out good. I was worried it may be top heavy having the water bottle on top. Not issues here. very stable. on the downside It’s a little bit noisy when it makes ice, but after about a week i don’t notice the noise anymore. we only made one modification as I didn’t like having the ice scoop inside the bin all the time, so we made up a holder for it (out of a plastic bottle) and mounted to the side of the cabinet. Works out great this way. Easy to set up and use. I had to run about 3gallons of water through the machine to get rid of the “new” plastic taste in water.

It functions flawlessly. It’s no louder than any other of this style. The bullet cubes are larger than the norm which is great! The hot water is right at the posted temperature. However I am concerned about the quality.. the buttons are flimsy thin plastic, the water is gravity fed so it splashes(doesn’t stream out) the drip tray is too narrow for anything larger than an iced tea glass or 10 ounce coffee cup. It’s not tall enough to fit my standard sized coffee press without extra fenagling.I wanted to return it for all these reasons, but since it works, and I’ve used it…. The warning that I may or may not get even a partial refund after 30 days.. I decided I’ll just give it away and buy a higher priced one with a touch screen and bottom bottle or line in. 3 stars because there’s nothing more than the ice size that’s great about it.

You will need lids with holes in them to use this machine. The neck of water bottles less than 5 gallons will not reach thus spilling more water. I wish there was a light by the dispensers. Also, wish the water dispensed more quickly. The machine makes ice well.

Item came as described with fast shipping. I love the ice maker attached to the bottom. We use this machine daily. I've had it for a few months now and have not had an issue. Con is the hot water take awhile to heat up when first turned on.

Product was great when it worked. The ice cooler was loud even when it wasn't making ice. Ice was great. I made it batches and moved it the freezer. Since the collection bin wasn't a real freezer, the ice was solid. So after I moved it to the freezer and the ice would freeze and stick together. I usually take a butter knife to separate the ice from chunks. A bit cumbersome but expected.The warranty period is 90 days. The machine completely died within 4 months, outside the warranty period. I thought I purchased the additional third party warranty but I must have removed it before I checked out.

This is the second one I’ve had owned the 1st one last over 8 years . worked very well But the ice did melt some in the ice bin. The new one is much better it’s much Quieter and the ice bin seems to be more insulated. because the ice doesn’t melt like the old one did.the only thing I would Recommend that you flush the system really good because at first it has a weird taste, but it does go away. On the back, there’s two drains for the ice bin and once for the water.

My wife would only drink bottled water. I bought this and she likes it better than the bottled water plus we are helping the environment. Ice maker works great too. I use the hot water feature for my sleepy time tea. All around a win for us

So disappointed in this water dispenser . First it’s so loud. Second the water taste awful cause the machine has a weird smell , this is very expensive and not worth it at all . Please take my word for it and don’t buy it . The ice feature is amazing until the ice melts then you have to drain it or it leaks all over . What a headache.🙄
