Headlights worked fine for awhile. Icbeamer deleted the app that controls the lights from the app store. They have ignored me for 4 weeks. I have asked them to put the app back up. Also, seller promised refund through email then decided not to refund on amazon

Review:✅️Overall, love the lights, and I love that they make different sizes. I have a pair for my fog lights, as well as a pair for my DRLs. I love that i can use one app to control both sets without having to have a multitude of apps for the car.[- ⭐️⭐️]only bc of how irritating it was to figure out how to actually get the RGB to work. Instructions in the product details on the page above are outdated and almost useless.❌️Downside: despite being a good and affordable product, it sucks that you have to play detective on how to get things to work. A simple instruction card, like the size of an index card would be more than enough. Maybe customer support wouldnt get so many unsatisfied emails and calls. On the topic of customer support, what the hell? I went out of my way to type this, in hopes that it helps someone else. You are telling me that since you dont have instruction cards, you can't create a PDF and email it to people? I guarantee that I am not the first, and very, very far from being the last person with a similar situation. This must be a reoccuring issue, so why not take 15 minutes, put together a simple guide/instructions, and offer it to people? Bet it costs more time and money to have such a confusing product, as well as answer so many emails about the same issues. Food for thought.📷Pictures:1. App in the google play store,2 the actual app,3.Car with regular fog light function(its whiter than it looks in the picture)4. and car with RGB only turned on. (Color is a custom purple shade I made with the selector).⚠️⚠️PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE, OR BEFORE BUYING: ⚠️⚠️1. Do NOT install HZ-RGB or BLEDIM2. They will not work. BLEDIM is the only app that will actually connect and work. I have found that sometimes, you have to re-connect after closing the app. I had some issues connecting to the lights, as i tried the recommended app, as well as attempted to use the bledim2 app since I assumed that it would be a newer version of the correct app. I emailed the ICBEAMER support, and was told to "scan the code in the packaging." That's it. No details, nothing. The box does not come with any instructions or even a card with a QR code. After some further inspection of the items, I found that there is a set of 3 QR codes on the driver/ballast (the small black box on the wire that connects to the batteries). If you scan the code, it will also take you to your respective app store page for the BLEDIM app.2. As soon as you connect to the battery, the rgb function will turn on and there will be no way to turn it off without using the app or disconnecting the rgb control wire from the battery (even if you turn the car off.)3. On the connectors for the light wiring harness, (the ones that plug into the original light you had), if you look slightly below the plug, you can find one (typically) black wire, this is your ground/negative; as well as one colored wire (typically red) this is your positive/power. The ICEBEAMER light connector will have a + and - sign on it; make sure you line it up correctly according to your harness. If your car's wires are not the colors I described above, try to google what colors your car/manufacturer uses. If a google search turns nothing up, try to check the schematics; you can typically find them online. This is very important! If you do not line them up correctly, the light will not operate as normally intended.4. For the original use of the lights, they will operate as normal (i.e. When you turn your fog lights on, they will be a bright, true white). When you turn the vehicle off, they will turn off as well. For the RGB, you have to use the app to turn them off or on, and you can do so at any time without having to turn any switches in the car off or on. When you turn the car off, remember to turn the rgb lights off, or you run the risk of draining your battery.

I purchased this and they are exactly what I need, but one came defective/damaged wires were loose. Requested a replacement never arrived it seems like they cancelled order, I requested a refund and no response as of yet. And it looks like that request has also cancelled?

I’ve installed these lights on both my vehicles (low/high/fog) absolutely love these lights. Nice a bright when running regular lights and looks fantastic when in color mode. App works good, would be perfect if when naming the lights so I know which light is which. The color mode isn’t bright enough for driving at night but wow do they make your ride look sweet.

Well, they say Canbus ready, but that doesn't seem to be exactly true as I had a canbus issue, I can get them to kick on sometimes by kicking my lights on and off really quick (think I'm just confusing the computer) but after 5-20 min they kick back off. I'm trying to find a canbus decoder and I'll update my review, but currently not exactly happy. I will say though, the RGB function is pretty cool... But ultimately useless if they can't be used as headlights.

Very nice bright low beams on my 2020 trail boss. Did take about 45 to hour to install. If not mechanically inclined may need some assistance. Aside from that very good product for the price.

Everything works with a few hiccups. First I had to order special dust covers to accommodate the wiring no big deal figured that I would. Secondly I had to find a app that would let me use the rgb correctly, the hz-rgb app simply doesn’t work so I found that the bledim app does work (as of 11/04/20 it’s been working). Other than that I’m completely satisfied with them. I will update later if anything else goes hinkey but as of now they do what they are supposed too.
