Does not look like the picture. It comes with two layers which don’t add much volume. Way too to expense for the amount of material it’s made of.

Somewhat small, the seem was a little tight fit on my 10 mo old (ordered 12mo size). It doesn’t fall down though, not bad! Fits over her belly button. I love the added poof it gives to most dresses. Is not like adult version and itchy. Very soft and no complaints from my baby! Great buy! We have worn this under several dresses now.

Great product and perfect for my soon to be 10 year old. She wears street size 12 and this converted a flat laying dress to a full, beautiful fullness for a parade. It is not too poofy, a perfect balance! Great length and no complaining of any itching! Prime shipping made it even better!

Great product. Fit as expected. I have a VERY tall 2 year old and this fit her perfectly. I'm using this with her Halloween costume this year, but I think I am going to get much more use out of it than that. It's not too stiff as to become a hindrance while sitting or in her car seat. Not scratchy at all either, which as we know when you have a toddler...can be a 'thing'.

My daughter is 8 n I bought her a 6. She's tall n skinny and wears abt a 6-7. The waist fit her perfect. It's elastic n she even could tuck her cotton T-shirt still in it. She said it wasn't itchy n the material isn't tough n scratchy, it's soft. Very nicely made. Impressed! I'm glad I read the reviews of the fit before the purchase. The length is just at the knee n was perfect for a homemade 50s poodle skirt I made her. Also will be worn a week after to a wedding.
