This dermatoscope looks and feels like its more expensive counterparts; it's heavy and seems well built. Optical quality is very good, with sharp images, and easy to focus. The magnetic adaptor to attach to a phone works well. It's a professional instrument, suitable for a dermatology practice.

This light is basically a Dermalite clone. Works just as well, feels solid and well built. Still expensive, but less than half the price of the name brand ones. Really like it comes with magnetic mount for taking photos and the case is very nice and secure.
