We ordered this typewriter to replace one we had used for more than 20 years. I was hesitant to order a refurbished typewriter, although I know it's almost impossible to find a new one. I was pleasantly surprised at the way it was packaged, and the condition of the typewriter. It works as promised, and was exceptionally clean. I would definitely purchase from this company again!!
