This really helps lift all that scum when boiling any type of meat, leaving broth clear in the pot. I would be happier if there was bigger size to save time.

Hard to clean but certainly does it’s job. The skimmer is great for clearing a fryer up and even staring off the oils but the cleaning of the frame/mesh junction is nearly impossible. Good value but not a product that will impress you with execution or innovation it simply does the job.

I make my own home made broths and stocks and got this to be able to skim off as much fat as possible an boy does it do the trick! This is a SUPER FINE mesh, but very delicate and should probably be gently washed by hand in hot soap and water, never in a dishwasher. I am very pleased with this implement and would quickly replace it should something ever happen.

My husband mostly uses it for soups, to get the grease that floats to the top. He obviously uses it for other things but I don't pay much attention, just notice that it's in the sink for me to hand wash each time lol. He said it makes things so much easier and wished he had it years ago.

I’m really glad we bought this sturdy little kitchen tool. It brings a smile to my face every time I need it and KNOW I have it hanging right where I can see it. It does the job super easy (“easy” is always a plus in any kitchen) and then cleans up quick after it’s service is rendered. It’s really well made and the mesh size is exactly what I needed.
