I tried all the surgical tape brands at Walgreens and several brands from Wal-Mart. Some of the brands stuck really well, to well. My skin was a huge itchy rash from the tape adhering to strong. Other tape would stick pretty good to skin but wouldn't stick to itself.......then I discovered Hypafix....this stuff is amazing and sticks firmly to skin but pulls off when you pull it. Doesn't leave a residue. Sticks to itself well.......requires a good pair of scissors to cut but by far the best tape ever....I recommend the 2" wide tape it really is what you want to cover gauze and have enough to attach to skin. This is the brand used in many dermatology clinics, and I see why.

I use this tape for non surgical foreskin restoration, i had previously used paper medical tapes but this one is far more comfortable and holds very well. Only downside is that it can be hard to get off when needed. The backing on this tape makes it very easy to create the t-tapes needed for this process. Highly recommend!

This tape was recommended to me by my foot doctor for taping my feet for plantar fascitis. Love that you get to customize the size! This decreases waste and allows you to get the perfect fit. I struggle with some adhesives and I have not had a single problem with this tape! It stays on all day and is comfortable! If you use the tape in strips, cut the corners off the strips so that it decreases the lift from edges.....this will extend the wear time! Will purchase again and recommend!

My surgeon asked me to sue this tape for my wound and I wasn't able to find it at any local chemists, so it was great to be able to purchase it online and have it delivered very quickly.

My dermatologist suggested that I use this product after skin surgery. I tried it, but it was just as irritating to the surrounding skin as regular tape. Oh well, it is in my First Aid kit. You never know.
