The large outdoor kitchen griddle allows you to cook up bacon and eggs, juicy hamburgers or sizzling fajitas with rice and veggies for the whole family. It is equipped with two H-shaped burners (made of 304 stainless steel) that each deliver 18,000 BTUs of cooking power for a total of 36,000 BTUs across the 446 square inch stainless steel cooking surface. Upgraded control knobs ensure a steady, reliable flame with every start. A large grease tray with a hole in the center directs grease down to the drip tray below for easy cleaning. This gas griddle is constructed entirely with 304 grade stainless steel and includes a stainless steel lid to cover the griddle plate when not in use.

I like the griddle which is easy to care for. I’m disappointed in not being able to contact the seller. The griddle comes on a pallet and is very heavy. Our contractor was not ready to install it onto the outdoor kitchen for about 3 months. Once he was ready to install it there was no directions or regulator. It was also missing the transformer. Upon trying to get these parts, Amazon would not help because it was over 30 days from the purchase and they had no information on the seller. We purchased a new regulator and transformer. When my contractor fired the griddle he noticed a fire coming from inside. Upon turning it off and inspecting the inside he found all the missing pieces which had melted because he had no idea the parts were inside the body of the grill. Once installed with new parts the griddle performs as I expected. Not being able to have someone to answer questions is very frustrating.
