Great upgrade if you are going from the default shower head in your house to a the sensation of being under a waterfall. Very easy to install, didn’t really need the instruction but only to see if I have all the parts. They provided a lot of spare parts, which I love for when we get issues further down stream

Bought this shower setup for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. Easy to use. 12 inch rain shower feels fantastic. These units work better than ceiling units because, depending on how high the ceiling is, the water will cool off drastically by the time it hits your head.Anyway, daughter loves it. Score 1 for Pops!

The shower head and hose assembly went up no problem but the bracket that holds the hose shower to the wall needed me to buy a bottle of Gorilla Glue to install it.Rhe glue thats on the back came off with the backing plastic..they seem to know its a problem but need to fix this ..its alright but I had to spend $10 for glue that I shouldn't need to...keep that in mind

I do not write reviews... But this shower head is so amazing! The filter for the water makes your skin and hair soft. It has great water pressure. The handheld shower head is heavier weight and feels very well built. I love the “power wash” function - I use it to wash the shower while I am in there, making my shower much easier to clean! We have been using it for almost 2 months now and still absolutely love it. I have used other, cheaper, shower heads - but this is well worth the extra money for how well it works! I feel like I’m at a luxury hotel or spa when I shower at home!

Love the rain shower. Only problem is the attachment for the handheld shower, the attachment has to be drilled into the shower. It doesn't attach to the rain shower pipe. We didn't want to drill into our shower, so we bought a suction cup attachment. Otherwise this is a great product!

Received on time and boxed beautifully. All the components were bagged and separated for easy identification. Heavy and well colored. I bought a water filter also. I laid out the whole packet on the floor and put it completely together before mounting. I placed all the washers and affixed the plumbers tape to all the areas that threaded. I did not over tighten until I hung it in the shower. Went on with no issues. Adjusted the head and filter and finished tightening. Even with the extra weight from the filter it hung perfectly. Hung the hand held shower head with ease. Now came the big test. Turned the water on. Small leak at the junction where it attaches to the outlet from the wall and where the hand held attached. Simple tightening at both connections with a crescent wrench and no leaks. Has been 4 days with perfect execution. I highly recommend this product both for ease of installation and value. 40 minutes of careful planning and execution and now I have a shower like you get in the best hotels.

LOVE this shower head! I have a 10" outdoor shower and thought that was heaven until I purchased this 12" shower head for my master shower. It's seriously like standing in a rain shower. It was easy to install. This is a high-quality, well-made item. I opted to install the handheld nozzle at low back level and I highly recommend. I can have both going at once and the extra pressure feels great on a sore back. I also find it very useful when I am cleaning my shower. I don't have to reach up high.
