  • [Fantastic Bubble Curtain] hygger Bubbler Stone creates a fantastic curtain of abundant micro, uniform bubbles wall that looks amazing, keeping your fish/plant healthy and happy and added a beautiful look to the tank
  • [Why is Beneficial For Aquatic pets] Air stones create bubbles➔ Bubbles release oxygen into the water➔ Water circulates through the bubbles➔ transports gas to the surface➔ Fish love to play in bubbles; In this way, Air Stone helps increase oxygen levels, aerates water, improves circulation and helps in gas exchange.
  • [Quiet, Mist-Like Micro Bubbles] This fish tank aerator stone is a long, narrow white bar made of compressed aluminum oxide, a durable porous material stand up to continuous use and wear and not prone to clog; it produces more dense, tiny bubbles like mist while working quietly because these fine air bubbles already start dissipating before reaching the surface of the water.
  • [Recommend Use with 5W or Up Air Pump] you will need a 5W or up air pump (sold separately) to get bubbles out of the entire length of the bubble bar. The silver aluminum alloy base is weighted that keeps bubble stone in place even at full blast. Do not use at saltwater tank.
  • hygger Aquarium Air Bubbler Kit includes 1 x air wand, 6.5-feet long rubber hose, 2 x suction cups to help air wand stays in place and one for clip hose, 1 x check valve to prevent backflow. Bar-shaped airstones available in two sizes, 8-in long and 16-in long.

Test It With hygger Different Power Air Pump

We tested bubble stone connected with hygger different power air pump and observed its bubbling effect.

  • It turns out 1.5w air pump too weak for the length of your airline and size of this air stone. While 5W or 10W air pump makes it shooting out a giant cloud of super fine bubbles that looks amazing.

Conclusion: You will need a bigger air pump to get bubbles out of the entire length of the air stone. We suggest at least 5w air pump, 10W perfect. Otherwise it will just let out a small dribble of air.

Test It With Different Depth Fish Tanks

  • Water Depth Can Also Affect Bubbling Effect

To compare to different depth fish tanks connected with a 5W air pump, we found bubbler stone produces more bubbles at 11-in depth aquarium. That's because it requres more power to get the bubbles flowing at deeper water. If your fish tank is deep, get a more powerful air pump, such as 8W air pump for better performance.

  • Bury underneath substrate

As most people prefer to bury airstone undernearth substrate/gravel, we compared bubble effect with bubbler stone bury or not. It turns out bubbles getting large in shape and less in quantity than those not bury.

So do not put gravel on top of as it may affect bubbling.

  2. Cut the airtubing the length you need
  3. Connect air bubbler to airtubing with an air pump of sufficient power

This stone is exactly what I was looking for. It makes very fine bubbles the full length of the stone, and uses very little air doing so. Great addition to my aquarium!

I had a regular airstone but I did not like the uneven airflow or its straight out connecter (causes bent air hose), it’s also was too light and wouldn’t stay under grave. This one is sooooo much better. Even airflow, a heavy base, a 90 degree connector that points the feed hose straight up, and beautiful bubbles. You get what you pay for and this is well worth a few more dollars.

This worked great for about 6-8 months. After that time it started producing less & less bubbles until it finally just stopped bubbling at all.I assume they get clogged up over time with algae? It did work great though & provided a great amount of fine bubbles all the way across my tank.I'll purchase again to replace the old one.Just expect it to be one of those items you replace once or twice a year & you won't have unrealistic expectations & be disappointed due to those expectations.

The product was great for the first few months and it just stopped working. I have many Hygger products with my fish tank and I’m very dissatisfied about the bubble wall failing. Purchased end of September and as of December 28th it is no longer functioning.

Worked right away emitting a curtain of TINY microbubbles! I like that it's self-weighted. Good value, as are most things from Hygger

This bubble wall curtain aerator is noisy and it did not deliver the fine mist of bubbles as advertised when used with a 10W air pump.Sent it back for a refund.

UPDATE: Just did a water change and moved my fish tank hooked it back up to my pump and it no longer works. My air pump is on max output and I can see one faint line of micro bubbles. Not very happy about this.Like the title said OVERALL its pretty good. The bubble wall itself works very well and I have not had any issues with the wall itself. The suction cups are ehhh not so great. The first day or so the suction cups worked well.Since then the suction cups suck. The wall is falling down every day, I put it back up and then check on it the next morning and its fallen again. I have tried resticking them multiple times, in the water, out of the water nothing seems to work.Unfortunately the suction cups are "special" and its not easy to find a replacement. It luckily hasn't caused any causalities in my tank of Frogs and Snails but it seems only a matter of time.I suppose I can do the "alternate" method of just placing it on the floor of the aquarium and use the suction cups to semi secure it to the wall and hope nothing gets stuck behind it.I have not tried to reach out to the company yet as it started about a week or 2 ago.Overall the product I received worked and worked well for the first week but since the suction cups are the issue not the wall.

Dive into the world of aquarium accessories with the Hygger Bubble Curtain Wall Aquarium Air Stone Kit, an 8-inch wonder that promises to bring a cascade of oxygen and visual flair to your fish tank. However, buckle up for a dive that's less of a majestic plunge and more of a belly flop. The first hiccup in this aquatic adventure is the 'Bubble Curtain' itself. Expecting a mesmerizing wall of bubbles, you're instead greeted with a sporadic sprinkle that's more lackluster than lustrous. It's like attending a fireworks show where half the rockets forgot to launch. The bubbles that do manage to emerge seem to be on a solo journey, barely creating the curtain effect that's so boldly promised. Then there's the issue of durability, or rather, the lack of it. The Air Stone Kit seems to embrace a 'here today, gone tomorrow' philosophy. It starts off with a burst of enthusiasm, but soon, it's as if it decides that bubbling is just not its cup of tea. You might find yourself revisiting your aquarium setup sooner than expected, not to admire your handiwork but to troubleshoot a flagging air stone. The included air tubing and diffuser also add to the symphony of disappointments. The tubing is more prone to kinking than a garden hose on a hot day, disrupting the flow of air and thus the entire operation. The diffuser, on the other hand, seems to have taken a vow of silence, contributing minimally to the overall oxygenation and aesthetic of the tank.In conclusion, the Hygger Bubble Curtain Wall Aquarium Air Stone Kit is akin to a promising novel that fails to deliver after the first chapter. It's a tale of unfulfilled potential, where the dream of a vibrant, oxygen-rich aquarium environment remains just that – a dream.
