Did not even come with 3/4 nipple like it said. Will be sending back and buying another brand

Awesome pump has help up for a few months and is one of the quietest pumps I have ever used. The controls are great and I will be buying more in the future.

Very quiet! One thing I have found is that I am not a fan of overly loud aquarium equipment, this is whisper quiet and I love it.I am running this in a IM Nuvo 20 gallon AIO reef tank. One of the original pumps went out and I needed a replacement. This is very similar to the IM mighty jet but is about half the price. It does a good job moving water in my 20 gallon, probably could have gone with the next size up though, to allow for more flow if desired.I found that I don’t really utilize the wave functions when using this as a return pump. the wave maker does not allow for programming based on time like other hygger wave makers, so power level and wave mode are always constant unless you manually change it.

This is my second Hygger pump and I like it. The first one is running as a return pump and this one is for my UV sterilizer. I like how quiet it is and powerful to transport water. It is easy to program. I like how it is designed to fit small chambers in the tank.

At the moment I have this for water changes. I would guess from the tub my fish are in due to a leaking tank to the bathroom is 30-37 feet about. Now as far as the head height rating which is not bad at all. It is pushing up a few about 2 feet then across the floor back up about 2 feet into the tub. Have not run any calculations or anything, but as small as this pump is. I am quite impressed given its form factor. I usually run Jebao style pumps of the normal form factor which have proven to be very strong.Due to the size of this pump might go into my A.R.S.S. 2.0 modification. Maybe to pump out on into the lower box I am building or pump from the lower box up. Still need to test that, but if you need a good pump in the tank this is a go for me. I tested the various modes and the wave maker settings were solid. It has me rethinking my internal tank set up for lower water movement. I did not want a bunch of pumps, but these are small enough that you would not really notice them. Might have wire mess below though. To be clear I do not have a good way to test the flow rate. Lots of experience using cheap pumps to more stout pumps. One thing I ding Jebao for is how they secure the water guide to the motor. 3 to 4 small plastic tabs that can break really easily. They do not offer any support to replace said housing so you buy a new one. So this particular design is a cylinder that secures the output via a screw ring. Simple and elegant, any failures would be a burn out of the motor or it is getting blocked up.

I've only used it once, but it worked great for a water change in my 90 gallon aquarium. With the 5/8" nipple, it had no problem lifting water 55 inches into my tank. The output being on top is perfect for lifting out of a 6 gallon bucket sitting on the floor, and the water pickup on the bottom of the pump only left a small amout of water in the bucket. The pendant controller has speed adjustment and on/off which is nice since I need to use multiple buckets to refill. I was able to run the pump at a slow enough rate and also control the flow direction to avoid shocking my fish or stirring up a bunch of stuff in the tank. For next use I put a hanging defuser on the output end of the hose to make even more convenient. This has far more control and far less mess than dumping straight from a bucket. The only slight bummer is that the pump power chord plugs into the remote pendant then a second wire runs from the remote pendant to the pump. The pendant can only get about 5 feet away from the power outlet, but the pump can be further. The two chords are also a little cumbersome for tangles, but they are manageable. I'm happy with it for my use and would buy it again if it lasts.Update: used it again for 15, then a 25 gallon water change. Seems to fill the bill for me. I like that I can introduce water slowly or fairly quickly. The power and control cords both running to the pendant is a bit annoying as the power chord is not very long. Also note by default it goes to power on when plugging it in, so get immerse it in water first to not run dry.

This is the same pump sold under a different name for at least twice the price. It works very well especially in an AIO aquarium where the space can be limited in the return pump chamber. I am using this pump on a 24 gallon AIO cube reef aquarium and it has enough flow that you could get away without using a wave pump.

I bought this pump to replace the stock pump in my Fluval EVO 13.5 gallon aquarium. I had the ZKSY one for a while but the controller gave out on me and their customer service never returned my emails. And when AI came out with their pumps that used the same molds, I could not find a replacement. That's when this baby came out. It is very slender and powerful. The best part is that water is pulled from the bottom, so it allows a bit more wiggle room when you forget to top off your tank, allowing the water level to get lower than standard pumps. The controller is easy to use, unlike some other Chinese pumps I've tried. If you are looking for a strong pump that fits in tight spots, this is the one, especially if you are not wanting to spend the money on AI's version of the same thing.
