About the Trailer Tongue Weight Scale
The scale uses a simple hydraulic principle to convert pressure into a reading in pounds on the gauge.
No delicate electronics, no batteries, and only one moving part.
The scale is machined from solid billet steel and aluminum.
It has a 3.25″ body diameter and is about 4.5″ high without the included screw-on hitch extension. (6.75″ with extension installed.)
Actual weight is 4.4 lb. Gauge diameter is 2.75″.
This gauges has a dual-scale gauge that reads in pounds on the outside of the ring and the kilogram equivalent on the inside.

Dude if you got something heavy it'll way it.. you want to date hairy girls itll weigh them. You need your tongue Wade it weighs it nicely doesn't taste weird at all enjoy.

Like= able too buy such a tool that can weigh a trailer or other such items ...Trailer should be weighed at each wheel side and at tongue ,to get an average weight of whole vehicle.Dislike= upper areas of weigh scale a bit difficult to read...You can buy a 2500 lb scaled one for same price which is a bit more accurate at higher end of scale,however one can only then weigh up to 2500lbs , I prefer this 5000lbs one to cope with my higher trailer weight. a touch on pricey side considering its less complicated than a car jack.

This is a MUST for measuring the exact TONGUE WEIGHT of your RV or trailer, to know exactly how much your travel trailer is putting on your weight distribution hitch. This is great for safety as you know instantly the weight of that tongue. I had weighed at a CAT Scale and calculated the tongue weight, but this got me within a few pounds of that, so I am very happy an trust it's reading. Two Thumbs Up!

Not a complicated product to use. It seems to be accurate. If I had one to compare the readings with, I wouldn’t have needed it, but the readings line up with what I expected my tongue weight to be. The dial looks pretty cheap (as shown in photos) but it does what it needs to do.

This is pretty cool gizmo. Allowed me figure out my tongue weight and adjust equipment on the trailer to allow me to pull the trailer with my durango which can pull 8400 lbs but only have 880 tongue weight.
