I'm not actually sure what the purpose of this is, it's not what I thought it was.However, it is still a fitting. It has threads, seals, the machining is fine, if you actually had a use for it I would say this provides good value for your money.

I plan to install this on the hydraulic block of my tractor so that I can measure my hydraulic pressure for my front end loader. At this point I'm not sure if I'll need another test point for my backhoe. Still trying to work out how these are connected, but I believe you need a T fitting placed in between the pump and the device (i.e., front end loader, backhoe, etc...) I also see that there is a high pressure hose associated with these test points for remote monitoring. I will update this review once I get the test point installed.
