So, this is one of the simplest parts in a car to replace.I can't speak to longevity, but I installed it into my '08 Bullitt yesterday and it is working fine so far.My old one might actually be good... I live in a desert and it is very dusty, my old one had a coating of dust on it, but... this is so cheap and easy to replace. It works so far... if it fails early I will update this, but my previous one ran for 16 years, so... not expecting a failure.EDIT***Ran for 3 months and started having random blower failure.I pull the resistor out, and the solder joints have pulled back... so this apparently got hot enough to start to de-solder, which should never happen to something that literally lives inside the ac ducts. So I have to assume it was bad solder joints from the beginning. Sad, but I found another replacement that appears to be much more solid.
