I delayed building this desk because I didn't think it was going to look very pretty. The box was skinny and my wife said she really didn't want another desk. However, after I built it, I loved it so much. Much I wanted it for my own. It was super simple to build. Very sturdy and very nice looking. I definitely buy it again. I love the wood finish look and the sturdiness of a being metal instead of wood for the structure. Nice build. Easy assemble.

First off, the package arrived undamaged and the contents were beautifully packed and protected. Lots of styrofoam and the corners of the table top had plastic protective covers. Putting it together, everything fit perfectly and the screw holes all lined up. You do need to pay close attention to the drawings because the pieces may look alike but they can be slightly different. Look for the numbers on each piece and make sure they match what the directions are telling you where that piece should go. Oh, and don't be too brutish on tightening the screws, just cinch them up tight-ish or you'll strip them. (You'll only strip one before you get to know how much is too much!!) I was surprised to see it comes with a magnetized screwdriver. This unit has a couple of bracing rods across the back for added stability, which I thought was a nice safety touch.The drawers are not solid wood as others have mentioned, but they work just fine if you don't intend putting heavy items in them. The frame is an external skeleton so this is not going to look like a high-end desk, nor was it designed to be so. But it is a very sturdy, low cost and very functional desk perfect for a hobby room or similar. We bought the 54" white version (verses the 47" option), and my wife is delighted with it.

I wanted an inexpensive desk to work on and clean my pistols and rifles. This is perfect for my needs. Install was a breeze. I was a little bummed that the drawers themselves are collapsible fabric but they are surprisingly sturdy. For the price I highly recommend if you want something affordable that also looks great.

We bought this desk/vanity for our 13 year old. She is a hair and makeup fanatic, and it was everywhere. This came with a large tabletop, metal support legs, and sturdy drawers despite being fabric. It offers a lot of storage, both across the underside of the table top, and drawers down one whole side. The other side offers 3 shelves for larger items or even for school things, making this an easy to put together, combo vanity and desk. For the price, it is exactly what she needed, and we don't have to worry about ruined expensive furniture. It is stable, with lots of storage, and 75% cheaper than furniture store options. The white matches her current furniture, and she loves it! Directions were easy to follow. The metal Framing and wooden top make it perfect for a teenager!

I bought this desk because I loved the style. The desk is good quality, it's very sturdy, the screw holes were on point. The only issue that I ran into was putting on the two poles that crossed in the back. I had to improvise how to put them on because the holes were aligned. Great value for the money and the size is perfect.

Took about 2-1/2 hours to assemble with included tools. The design is surprisingly robust and stable considering it’s relatively inexpensive for a 48-inch desk. The instructions were entirely graphic, but easy to follow. Only caveat is, you have to accept that fabric drawers, though reasonably rigid and certainly functional, aren’t going to support the weight a wood or steel drawer would.

I needed a place to put my office materials, so I'm using it more as an organizational tool rather than a working desk. The "wood" that you see on the drawers is actually material made to look like wood. So... it's kind of "cheesy-looking," but if you are simply looking for an organizational unit to store your office products, this is ideal. It was easy to put together and definitely sturdy enough to hold many items. The drawers are made of canvas, but surprisingly sturdy. I would recommend this desk; however, if you are seeking real wood throughout your desk piece, I would pass this by. Great price for this; easy to put together; and serves its purpose well. With an adult's help, a child could put this together. Lastly, you are given two options when putting it together: you can have the drawers on the left and the shelves on the right, or you can flip flop them. This was a nice feature for me.

Nice desk. Easy assembly. Took me 90 minutes to put it together. This only thing, the drawers are folded fabric and I was hoping for all wood drawers. Nice and sturdy for the price
