I have a small head so sometimes it moves a little over my eyebrows and it is uncomfortable but otherwise great quality for the price and works well!

I personally feel the vertical chain straps are sewn too far forward on the adjustable head strap..awkward for certain neck exercises. Used in reverse (Velcro adjuster in the front instead of the rear and it works satisfactorily. Used on weight machine.

Neoprene has strong smell. Rubbed some thieves on it. Took care of smell. This harness is absolutely official and is perfectly contoured for my head. I am bald, a factor to consider if you have hair. The top strap can’t be adjusted. Only the back & chin straps. I’m training with two ten pound plates. The harness is equipped with a strong durable chain. Harness remains securely in place with 20 pounds. I’m certain it can handle more weight...20 pounds is very effective for my routine. Fit and comfort increase with each session.
