My boys have loved this toy. This is the second time buying it due to wear and tear after a good period of time. I will forewarn you though it is loud and annoying but they love it so much. When the batteries run out you’ll be grateful it did :)

Compared to the lawn mower the quality is very chintzy if you do not watch the child it will be broke in one use from regular play, and my grandson who is very short for his age has to bend over to play with it and he is on the younger side of the age range for this toy. When compared to the backpack blower, the lawn mower, and other child line landscaping tools they make the weed wacker is a unrealistic size and is not adjustable

Bought this for our grandson for his construction/tool birthday party and he LOVES it. However, the sound did not work within 5 minutes of use. We are hoping for a replacement because it is very cute. Blade spins and has a light. Pretty great.

Birthday present for 2yr grandson. Perfect size for him, easy to handle. Makes lots of noise, be glad when it goes outside. Had to stop him from chasing the dogs with it. Looks very durable, but time will tell, with a growing boy

The answer to “would this be worth the purchase?” would be absolutely. This Husqvarna Weed Eater was a Christmas present for my 3 Year Old son who loves to pretend he does what his daddy does. When he opened the present he shouted with excitement, “this is for you Daddy.” It really does look real life, but mini version of course. It is perfect size to hold, even for a toddler. The handle is sturdy and the trigger to make the sounds is light and easy to push. It makes weed eater motor sounds and the pretend strings are sturdy. They spin and light up green. We have since had a play date with two other little boys who are also 3 Years Old and they both were extremely interested in playing with it. I believe this toy will last a lot longer than other brand weed eaters. I love that it is a brand like the real life ones. Very cool!

Love this little weedeater!!! My nephew had got one for Christmas and my son was obsessed with it so I ordered him one. He loves it!!! Note this is small sized. It's perfect for my 18 month old. My nephew is 3 and loved his but was almost too small for him. I would say this is for 1 to 3 max. But it's super durable and has lasted great so far. End note....this toy makes noise!! Haha so be prepared. My husband hates it 😂

Well where can I begin. My 2 year old loves to watch his dad cut the grass so I thought why not. The sound effects are very real. This child, and I kid you not, pressed the trigger all day and night until he fell asleep this happened for 3 days straight. The battery died on the third day.... No problem, with the use it received, I'm surprised those stock batteries didn't die sooner. We replaced the batteries and the constant grass cutting continued. We couldn't take it anymore and eventually secretly removed the batteries. There are conflicting reviews so I guess it's the luck of the draw with this toy. It is well built, and sturdy enough. One problem is that it is on the very very short side. I would say it is for a toddler only. With constant use it's still working but the blade light had gone a little dim and the speaker sounds a little scratchy. With those issues I would still recommend. I've never seen a little boy so happy even though it almost driver me crazy. It's a toy, don't expect too much And you will be fine.

My 2 year old son loves this! He's been obsessed with the full size trimmers, and is so excited to now be able to "help" with the yard work. Well built, looks and sounds great. Would be nice if there was an on/off switch, but not a deal breaker by any means.
