This is easy to use but a waste of money if the birds will not drink it. My wife has been making her own sugar and water mixture for ten years and the Hummingbirds eat it up. Maybe our birds are just used to her mixture and would not touch this new stuff.

The humming birds in my yard love this mix, and it is more convenient that boiling the 1 to 4 sugar mixture we make at home. The only downside is the recommended refrigeration after opening as this gallon bottle takes up as much room as a gallon of milk in the fridge.
