Ordered this for the kids to be able to print out little pictures, they love it. It’s a small compact size, easily small enough to take on holiday or trips out.It was very easy to download the app and connect the printer to my phone via Bluetooth. The app is good, with options for printing text, pictures and websites. The kids have enjoyed using the printer to make stickers, great value printer as it comes with 5 normal rolls of paper and 5 rolls of sticky paper too.

Our grand daughter loves this! So much fun to experiment with. Make sure you try all the options for printing on the app and find the best one, some are not clear. Wish this came with sticky labels.

Ich bin begeistert über den Preis, und was man dafür bekommt. Der Drucker funktioniert einwandfrei und selbst erklärend. Man muss lediglich die APP TinyPrint (habe die Android Version) installieren und der Drucker verbindet sich sehr einfach mit dem Smartphone. Die Funktionen der App sind umfangreich, das reicht vom Fotodruck bis hin zu Etiketten, QR Codes, kleine künstlerische Rähmchen, ziemlich viele Möglichkeiten. Ich drucke aktuell Bilder vom Handy auf dem Drucker aus. Das klappt wunderbar. Man hat verschiedene Drucktiefen die man ausprobieren sollte, am besten mal mit einem Bild das viele auch im Halbdunkel liegenden Bereiche hat. Zusätzlich kann man noch zwischen normal und HD wählen. Bei Normal wird eine Punkt Dot Matrix ausgegeben, die schnell gedruckt ist, bei HD dauert es etwas länger. Aber insgesamt ist die Druckzeit bei unter 30 Sekunden je Bild in HD. Mitgeliefert werden 10 Rollen Druckpapier! Davon sind 5 mit Selbstklebender Rückseite. Eingelegt in den Drucker ist eine dicke Thermopapier Rolle, Achtung: etwa einen guten halben Meter abrollen und abschneiden, denn die Rolle ist für diesen Drucker eigentlich zu dick! Ich dachte erst, er funktioniert nicht, weil er das Papier nicht förderte. Nach Abrollen eines Stückes Papier und wieder einlegen funktionierte das Drucken einwandfrei. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät. Dass man für so kleines Geld einen guten kleinen Thermodrucker mit gleich noch 10 Rollen bekommt, ist wirklich gut, ich hoffe er hält auch eine lange Zeit durch. Gut verarbeitet ist er, die Spaltmaße stimmen, er wirkt auch nicht billig. Im gleichen Formfaktor habe ich noch eine kleine Kinder-Kamera gekauft, die ebenso auf Thermopapier druckt. Denke das ist der gleiche Hersteller. Beides funktioniert nun sehr gut, ich kann Fotos mit der kleinen kamera machen (Bin Fan von Experimental-Fotografie) und nun auch vom Handy! Was will man mehr. Versand wie immer sehr gut an Packstation. Und schnell geliefert.

This thing would be useless if they gave it away for free. I buy a ton of stuff on Amazon and this is by far the biggest waste. I’m even annoyed about the time it will take to return it. The directions are microscopic. Finally got it synced. The app for the label maker is basically useless which renders the printer the same. Every option to print just gave a blank screen. I finally found one of 2 functions that would work and you could only see a faint image and text from the printer. It deserves zero stars. And to add insult to injury, Amazon is forcing me to return to Whole Foods instead of UPS or I have to box it. I’m waiting on a $300 refund right now because the boxing option means you have to wait until Amazon gets the box for refund. Off that tangent. Don’t waste your time on this crap.

There are a bunch of these printers available, and apart from a some cosmetic differences or number of paper rolls supplied, they are basically identical. However, each company supplies their own app to use with the printer.This printer's hardware is pretty good. It feels a little cheap, but works well and easy enough to use and load with paper. The print quality is what you'd expect for a thermal printer. Pretty good overall.The printer's app is terrible, however. It's hard to use -- slow, fiddly, temperamental and lacking in real features. You can print text, in different configurations (notes, banners) but only in Helvetica, and you can't save any of your creations. It does a better job with pictures. The software does a decent job of converting the images to grayscale. You can also alter them using slow "AI" filters and save them to your photo album.This is an ok printer to get, but only as a toy, and as long as you accept the limitations of the software. It might be good for crafts or to keep kids entertained on rainy days.
