I know this is a review about the Hubble Grow scale, but I have to say I was a little skeptical at first because we had a bad experience setting up our Hubble cameras, which use the same app, HubbleClub. That said, after our 4 week back-and-forth with tech support for the cameras, that was finally resolved and we do like the cameras overall...with some occasional quality issues with the app. The setup for the scale was much easier. Use of the HubbleClub app is optional, you can just take the read-out off the scale itself. The benefit of the app is for tracking, the app is simple to use, and we have not had quality issues with this part of the app. The pad for the scale is soft and it's true you could use it as a changing pad, but our baby was MESSY, and let's just say we weren't going to tempt fate by doing diaper changes on this beautiful piece of technology. Overall this is a great tool to have to monitor baby's growth in between doctor's visits.

I love this scale! My little dude was born early, so weight gain was definitely something we needed to keep track of. Getting a scale was such a relief for me to be able to see that he was gaining weekly, especially following the trend of his previous weights on the app. I love that it pairs to the app - we have had absolutely no issues there- and the trend line that it gives you is so valuable. I was able to show our pediatrician the trend line of my son gaining weight and she was encouraged by the results, as well. It’s very accurate because the morning before I took him in to his two month appointment, I weighed him on the scale, and it matched the scale at the doctors office. Every once in a while, my husband and I will pop him on the scale just to check in on him. The fabric that they give you to lay on top of the scale is so soft, pillowy, and easy to wash. We’ve been able to change his diaper on it, as well, with no issues. I would absolutely recommend this to new parents, even though he’s our third baby. I wish we had this sooner! Definitely an awesome gift for maybe a baby shower? But definitely something you should have in the nursery!

I tried and returned a different baby scale before this, and looked at countless ones online, and had a hard time finding one I was happy with. But this Hubble baby scale? It's everything a baby scale ought to be.The highlights:*Seems both accurate and fairly precise*I wanted to have a scale accurate enough to do weighted feeds if needed, and this one is! It rounds to the nearest ounce. I tested it with a pitcher of water, and it easily picked up small differences in weight when I added as little as one ounce at a time to the pitcher.*Hold feature does a great job of reading weight of a wiggly baby *Definitely try to weigh your baby when they are in a sedated mood, but this scale did a good job of figuring out weight despite baby wiggles! Just make sure you leave baby on the scale after pressing "hold" to let it do it's magic... Don't take baby off the scale until the result weight shows and you know it's done calculating.*Can use with older babies*I started using this when my baby was smaller, and I would lay her down on it to weigh her. Now she is bigger and can sit up unassisted, so she sits on it. It still works great for her!Other things I love:- Aesthetically pleasing, compact, slim and lightweight design- Comfy pad so baby isn't laying on hard plastic- Feels very stable, baby doesn't panic when placed on it (unlike the last, slightly wobbly scale I had)- Easy-to-use, simple app

Really fancy and high tech scale! I took away a star though because the app was a Lil difficult for me to navigate!!! But so far the weight seems to be accurate no discrepancies!!

This Hubble Connected Hubble Grow+ - Smart Bluetooth Digital Scale for Newborn Babies & Infants with Integrated Measurement Tracking is a real luxury item to have at home. It is already set up straight from the box, sans placing the included batteries and downloading the app, if you want, and it is very accurate. It is easy to operate, has a nice pad to place the baby on, and with the included tape measure, it is also fairly easy to take measurements, as long as you can keep them still long enough.We really love the simplicity, yet high end quality of this scale, how easy it is to use, its accuracy, and how well it tracks growth rate. It is very well made, sturdy, easy to clean, and would make a wonderful gift to any new or seasoned parents. Highly recommended!

Please see photo: 10 pound medicine ball shows a weight of 7 pounds. We unplugged/plugged back in, reset several times, but the issue cannot be corrected which makes this scale unusable and pointless to own.

This digital baby scale is so nice. It is super easy to use and already includes batteries! All you have to do to get it going is pop in the batteries, place the pad on the scale, and you are ready to weigh your baby.The pad is nice as it is very soft, which will provide comfort to your baby while they are being weighed.It also comes with a handy measuring tape. I love the measuring tape as it doesn’t retract until you actually hold in the button. The measuring tape is soft and flexible. It measures up to 40” long.As for the app, I haven’t used that yet and don’t really plan to as I don’t have an interest in that. But as far as everything else goes, it is the perfect scale and includes everything you need to get started. Therefore, I recommend it.
