Card making kit comes with all you need…except the cutting machine. Place cardstock or gold inserts on cutting mat, insert into machine and make custom cards. Use included scissors to cut, weeding tool to remove cutouts, scraper to remove from mat, tweezers for exact placement. I got the princess colors which comes with gold inserts, and two each of gray, teal and pink cards!

I love HTVRONT products- I’ve always had good experiences with them. This kit is no exception! For under $20 you get nice little tools, a small mat and the paper for the cards. Cards are so expensive these days so I’ll definitely save money in the long run by making these cards myself. I would recommend this card making kit for your Cricut!

This is my review of HTVRONT’s Cricut Joy Card Making KitThis is what I would call a total beginner’s kit for those using the Cricut Joy machine.You get a card mat (for cutting the cards), and a few tools. You also get 6 cards, 6 envelopes, and 5 reflective gold inserts. The tools are nice, and as good quality as the ones you would receive from Cricut, but since you only receive 6 cards, there is really not a lot to work with here.So, here is my advice. If you got your Cricut machine, and it came without any tools, or sample cards, then this might be a good way to get you started.If, however, you already have the tools and a mat, then, in my opinion, you are spending a lot of money for a few cards and envelopes.

I make all my cards now, and this kit works perfectly with my Joy. It's easy to design a card on design space and then follow the steps to make a one-of-a-kind card. It does take some practice to get it right, but once you do, it's very easy.

This gets two stars NOT because the functionality of the items BUT because they're dirty. The packages were open when they arrived. The boxes were split and torn and the items have dirt and grime around the edges. I don't know if this was a return item BUT it DEFINITELY looks like it's been used and resold without any type of QC check. HTVRont is my go to for all things Cricut related so this isn't a vote against the brand, just against this specific product and the lack of QC on the company's end. I have NEVER had this happen when purchasing from them in the past.
