This is listed as a 25mm cutter with a 12mm shank. It is actually a 1" cutter with a 1/2" shank. This is fine with me because this is what I really wanted anyway. I grant the size different is small, and maybe wouldn't matter for a lot of other products, but I believe most machinest would consider a size difference on 16 thousandths of an inch a significant error.

It took many, many attempts to get a dovetail and matching male piece. It may be 25mm, it may be 1”. It leaves a 1.011” slot if you use it like a normal end mill. Don’t know. It doesn’t have sharp corners - has a flat spot at the tips of the cutters.The mating piece, through experimentation, leave a dovetail tab that’s 1.038” at its widest point then knock .020” off each edge. The female piece, plan on knocking .020” off those edges too to accommodate for the flat spot on the widest part of the cutter.
