They were put on the two pallet jacks as a new, third one was delivered the 1st week of February 2024. The wheels had chunks break off on both pallet jacks by mid March. They were used every day, but so was the new pallet jack and it has no damage to the wheels. Both of the older pallet jacks had 7 years use before the wheels started going bad. A few weeks is nothing for a warehouse moving pallets every day.I do not recommend these for any real warehouse application.

Do not attempt a pallet of water or juice with these wheels. They will kill you. Get the red ones instead

I have purchased a narrow pallet jack short while ago used. The wheels that guide the forks into a pallet had been broken probably a long time ago and the front rollers were worn. It still worked but not as well as something new would. These replacement wheels made it work almost as new. They went on very quickly probably took a half hour but they went on really well. Edit: I found a picture of my install and I forgot to mention that I needed some bearings to reduce from 3/4 to 1/2 as my bolt was smaller on my jack

A nice kit to refurb your pallet jack, been putting off the job for a few months now but finally decided it was time. As expected the hardest part is getting your old wheels off but man what a difference it makes to have fresh rollers on, especially if yours (like mine) had a few chunks missing from age and a few accidents or rolling over things that should not have been run over thanks to the new guy haha. Really though, great kit for a quick fix.

This old pallet jack has had a rough life. But the hydraulics still work good and honestly everything is functional. The front rollers had shed all the rubber and were rolling on the steel cylinder that was under them. When I found this kit, I was excited because it’s exactly what I needed to overhaul this jack. My pallet jack used a bolt to hold the front rollers instead of a solid bar like was supplied with the kit. I discovered there was a sleeve inside the old rollers that I was able to push out. When I put the sleeve in the new rollers everything fit perfectly. This was an easy fix and the new rollers worked great. it definitely breathed new life into my tired pallet jack.
