I purchased the 60x40 whiteboard.I read a bunch of the reviews both good and bad prior to making this purchase. I naturally take them with a grain of salt as keyboard warriors tend to put companies on blast for issues beyond their control such as shipping delays or damage by the delivery guy. That said, I was concerned with reviews stating the surface delaminated on several boards. But I kept going back to the pricetag and figured the worst case scenario would be to return the board if there were a big enough issue.Packaging: the whiteboard was packaged very well all things considered. As you can see in one of my photos, the cardboard was punctured during shipping. That naturally irritated me thinking that I'll need to return the board and order a new one. Thankfully, the board sustained no damage from the box being punctured. The manufacturer had the board surrounded by Styrofoam as well as plastic wrap. I didn't even see a scratch on it. Wow.Condition of the board upon opening: as I stated above, I didn't see any damage where the box was punctured. That's the positive here. Sadly, the board was bent slightly on one side though. You'll see the bend in one of the photos before I attempted to fix it. The photo makes it look a lot worse than in real life. I was able to very gently straighten the board. There's still a few waves in the side rail (see the attached image), but they're difficult to notice without someone pointing them out to you. My guess is that happened during shipping as it's a large whiteboard and made of thin aluminum that's flexible. I won't hold that against the manufacturer as I assumed this would happen and it was fairly easy to straighten it back.Overall impressions: I love it! The size is perfect for my home office. It was very easy to install. Granted, if you aren't very handy, this may be a bit difficult due to the size. This whiteboard is exactly what I was hoping for.Any remaining concerns? I included an image of the bottom right corner. It looks like the outer material is beginning to delaminate slightly. Thankfully, it's minimal. I'm not going to stress about this until I see it expanding. I only noticed it because of the reflection of the blinds (see the attached image). It's not in the middle of the board or in a spot that will impact my ability to write notes. The short answer here is that I'm very pleased with the board and happy with my purchase. The issues that came with shipping can and will happen. I'm not worried about it. This does exactly what I need it to do -- hang securely on my wall and keep notes. If you're looking for absolute perfection, you should probably go overpay for a smaller whiteboard at your local box store.

The installation process was a breeze, thanks to the included mounting hardware and clear instructions. After being securely mounted on the wall, the impressive 60" x 40" surface immediately grabbed my attention. The generous size of this product makes it perfect for taking notes, holding brainstorming sessions, or delivering visual presentations. It is a valuable tool for both professional and personal purposes. The dry erase board's aluminum frame is of exceptional quality. This product offers a strong and long-lasting build, along with a sleek and elegant design that effortlessly blends into any environment, be it a home office, classroom, or corporate space. I absolutely love how smooth and non-porous the whiteboard surface is to write on. I must say, the dry erase markers truly impress. They effortlessly glide across the surface, creating crisp and vibrant lines that are free from any unsightly streaks or ghosting. After using the board extensively, I found that it erases easily with very little effort, leaving a clean surface for the next set of notes or illustrations.

We had an unusual need. We had a niche in our kitchen that had been painted black to serve as a crude blackboard. The idea was to fill that niche with a much cleaner and more useful whiteboard. This whiteboard was the only one that was big enough. But it also was bigger than the niche and would have to be cut. I asked the people who sell this (H-Qprobd) if they had advice on how to cut it. They answered quickly and said it should not be cut. But I found a way.Ryobi makes a small Cutoff Tool Model PSBCS02 that comes with three different 3" cutoff wheels. I first tried the one designed for sheetrock. It worked, but the result was a bit ragged as you can see in the photos.I later tried their cutoff wheel made for metal and it worked perfectly! It made a clean cut through all four layers! As you can see in the photos, the top layer is the whiteboard material, which is magnetic material. Just below that is a layer that seems to be Masonite. This gives rigid strength to the whiteboard surface.Below that is a layer that looks like corrugated cardboard! This seems to provide thickness with low weight. Finally, the back layer is aluminum. This aluminum layer also forms the frame.I marked the back (aluminum) side with the lines I planned to cut. On the front (whiteboard) side I covered the corresponding area with masking tape, where I planned to cut.I laid the whiteboard face down on an old card table, with the cutting lines hanging over the edge. I placed weights on it.Then I revved the cutoff tool to maximum speed before gently lowering it to the finished edge of the whiteboard. It cut surprisingly easily and surprisingly straight.I went to Home Depot and bought aluminum trim with a C cross section. It had an inside width of 3/8 inch. The exact thickness of the whiteboard. I slid this down the edge I had cut. This gave a nice finished look to the cut edge.Check out the photos!
