Easy to setup and use. Print quality is great. My son enjoys it a lot. It's a little bigger than I thought it would be but not a huge deal. Love that it instantly prints. Missing my polaroid camera so this is a great replacement!

This printer is junk. I have used it three times and now it won't collaborate the colors. I updated app and everything. So I paid money for something that doesn't work once you don't use it everyday. Very disappointed and don't recommend this printer at all. It was a Christmas gift.

I liked the picture quality. Easy to peel and put in an album or on fabric or in a picture. What I’m really having a hard time with is paying $17 for 20 pictures and that’s a special price. One cartridge has 10 pictures. You can get two on sell today for 17 dollars. I don’t feel free to use it as often as I would like.

I had really high hopes for this little printer, but unfortunately, there are a few small issues that make it hard to recommend. The handheld printer produces amazing prints using Dye-Sublimation Tech. This means the paper makes four passes over each print since it’s laying down a specific color layer on each pass. Not a problem! The big pluses are (1) it’s small, (2) it’s battery-powered and lightweight, and (3) it’s perfect for taking to parties or on vacation. Now, for the issues I ran into while working with it:(1) The unit came with a microUSB to USB-A cable. The charge port is USB-C. I have cables that allowed me to charge the unit. You'll need to acquire one if you don’t have a USB-C to something cable.(2) The print doesn’t use all of the paper when printing. I haven’t found a way to adjust it. It cuts off a small portion on top. I really noticed it when using frames.(3) The Quick Guide is very basic. It has enough information to get you going and that’s about it.(4) The software needs work to make it more user-friendly. It does a good job of making sure you’re connected before printing. Adding photos caught me off guard since it asked if you wanted “limited” or “full” access to the library. I took this as “Read Only” or “Writeable.” If you select a picture to print, you need to make sure you have “full” access selected when trying to print another picture. Otherwise, you’ll only see the picture you select in the previous print.(5) This is the “grey” variant. There were no comments on the problems in this version, so I checked the “pink” version. It didn’t talk about any problems either. In the “pink” variant, I would think that the two versions share the same electronics between the two.In summary, the printer is good and puts out fantastic pictures. The printer and software are usable as long as you can account for the issues (i.e., make sure you don’t mind cutting the tops of pictures and allowing for the cut space). I can only recommend it with a lot of reservations. A few small changes would make this a superb little pocket printer.
