When it connects to my computer it works fine however takes a while to connect properly so as to ensure the computer picks up the scanner in terms of connectivity.

I set it up , took a while!! It is easy to use, once you play with it and get the hang of it. I was able to scan in and categorize about 50 pages of receipts and papers in less than 1/2 hour. It DOES take patience and the learning curve. Now I really like it. It comes complete, nothing else to buy, unlike others.

Product is good. Scans multiple pages in seconds. Small size that fits on office deal easily.Although would like to share feedback on EMI option. It says no cost EMI and there is no interest charged. But when you get the debits each month there are extra costs towards GST on interest and additional processing charges.

Frustrated with this. Have problems with having to scan things 2 or 3 times as I grt an error message. Some people are not able to open the documents, I have to print to PDF and resend.

The first supply received appeared like a used Unit. I returned it. The supplier replaced it with a new Unit in original packing. The scanner is fast and provides good output. It can take upto about 40 pages at a time and scan both sides of the page. Resolution can be adjusted in the app. I am sure that the product will serve me well for many years to come. There is a problem with the installation of software. Upon finishing installation, I didn't get a feedback at all. The app should provide better user interface.

It was relatively easy to install to my desktop computer. I scan lots of multiple copies at a time to my payroll clients.The scans are crisp and clear. It scans rapidly also! I am very pleased with this HP Scanner...

hp seems to have a problem w/tech support & compatibility/interface with windows 10.after sending back i tried to buy similar hp scanner and have it installed at staples-----SAME PROBLEM!!!Settled on EPSON ES-500W------no issues, works great.hp simply is NOT the company it used to be.

Best scanner. I bought one for a client after using it at another client. Quick, easy to use, do not have to get up from desk to put paper in scanner. Quality, dual side scanning and speed of scanning.
