Since I bought the laptop it never worked none of the keys on the left hand side work the charger is no good it's not charging the device. I just got it there never used .. now I regret buying it

The laptop turns off out of nowhere even if the battery is charged it needs to be always connected. It's very bad that they don't check the product before sending it.

as a honda master tech i bought this laptop to use as a scan tool .but the battery does not hold a charge for long when plugged in charging states fully charged but when unplugged it goes right down to 50% and drop's fastthe battery does not hold a charge, goes 100% but unplug it from the charger at never reads above 50% a

So far this tablet / small laptop has worked well. It’s been several month with no issues. Got it for homeschool child to do school work on. No scratches or marks, looked new .

This laptop came to me with the plastic of the monitor popping out on the top left hand corner, and because of this lint fell in behind the plastic of the monitor, my first instinct was to pop it back into the frame. So when I turned it on, there was lint behind the plastic and it drives me nuts, I keep trying to wipe it off, so frustrating. Also the cursor pad in the front center of the laptop makes all these rickety noises when I run my finger across it and the top has a "skin" a sticker that was coming up on the front corners. But that said at least it works, I have paid more for a lot less! I guess it makes a good travel laptop, thank God I did not get rid of my 17" HP!!!

I was skeptical because of the reviews but mine works great! Nice & Small like I wanted & The Tablet Features is Awesome! Runs Quick & Smooth. Small Issues with the Battery, The charger that came with it was not the correct one bought the correct one from HP. Also came with a sticker skin for top/bottom I assume to cover the scratches! But other than that it's a Good Lightweight Computer/Tablet.Bought for Personal Use & Easy to Use while on the go. The Price was a Great Deal & OvernightShipping!I'm Only Giving 4 stars because of (Battery Issues & Incorrect Power Adapter).

I was skeptical because of the reviews but mine works great. It’s nice and small like I wanted and the tablet feature is awesome. Runs smooth and pretty quick, battery life is pretty good. I ordered like new and can only find one small scratch in the back, everything else is fine. Wi-Fi connects good, it’s easy to use and I love it had a webcam and HDMI port. I might get my 12 year old one for Christmas
