I’m was looking to secure my devices inside my bedroom while I’m absent. This the only solution to lock an inward swinging bedroom door from the outside the bedroom! I couldn’t find this type at an hardware store except single and double hinge hasp but are huge. The only one that will mount on a door jamb.This is very well built and is stainless steel and looks great and it won’t get in the way when the lock is removed. Will take any size lock. Nice!

We needed to make a couple extra holes in the pad lock portion of the lock assembly. It was hard to bore through which is good. Means quality steel. Only wish that the pad lock loop was a bit thicker. Other than that; good quality for the money.

When I searched for a garage door lock on Amazon, this came up. I ordered it, got it home and as I started the installation, I quickly realized this will not work on a garage door.I was disappointed to discover that, as I needed a simple way to lock my old garage door from the outside. I thought this hasp latch would be perfect, but it doesn't work. I'll have to keep searching and find other uses for these now.

Product was installed and works as expected as added protection to our garage side door which was broken into just before the holidays. Bring used temporally until the new steel door is installed.
