Love the Howard Leight Impact Sports. I've had my original set for about 5 years now, and they still work great. Even left them out on the rain one weekend, but somehow they still work. That was about 2 years ago.Sound quality is excellent. Have some friend that prefer the Walker Razors, so I tried them. No comparison. With the Impact Sports you can actually tell where the sound is coming from, and they sound natural. The Walkers, you can't tell the direction of the sound, and the sound it provides is mechanical, meaning it sounds like your are listening through a headset. The Impact Sports, the sound is so natural, I don't even notice I'm using a headset.Pro Tip: Buy the gel cups. You'll thank yourself.

The Bluetooth functionality is what makes this hearing protection a cut above the older style of hearing protection. The rechargeable battery is another step forward in this modern era. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately this set of ear pro has let me down. I have some other Howard leight ear pro that is noise cancelling that are great. The only good thing about these ear pro here is that they cancel out loud noises too. But the battery power is terrible and the Bluetooth connection is frustrating…The battery after a full charge lasted maybe 2 hours for me. And the Bluetooth would connect if I was lucky. But as soon as I shut off and back on, Bluetooth would disconnect and I’d spend a few minutes trouble shooting the Bluetooth again. Too much of a headache. The usb power is a micro USB. I would prefer it be updated to USB-c like every other device these days so I don’t need every charger cord type.I hope mine were just defective and others don’t have my same issues.

The product is ok! However, the color is wrong.

These have been fantastic since I started using them. Great ear protection is 2nd to none and that’s exactly what these are.

I have 3 other pairs of Howard Leight Impact Sports, but when I saw they came out with Bluetooth, I had to get them. They work great, just like I knew they would!

The pair I got don’t seem to be calibrated correctly. The left ear will mute if someone talks too loud. I don’t know if there is a way to calibrate them.

These are really good. Fast cutoff. Low profile for rifles. The earlier versions were good. These are great. Product description is totally true. I have used these for 2 years. Not a problem. The charge lasts a long time. I use them at least twice a week. Or more. For hours....Retired and shoot a lot.

This works very well for shooting. The sound pass-through/amplification works well and the quality of Bluetooth audio is acceptable. But these are NOT suitable for noise isolation for other activities, like mowing/edging lawn, working around power tools, etc. They let enough sound through that it drowns out any music you have playing.

These are comfortable, compact, lightweight, and they function really well.Really great for hunting as you can have your muffs on (ready to shoot) while still hearing your surroundings. In fact they can augment your surroundings by boosting the volume to your ears! Awesome! They are just a little outdated, not having bluetooth. If they had bluetooth then they would also be great for doing work around the house.

The first unit I got also has this issue. The replacement unit lasts long enough for me to not be able to return or get support from the seller. The active noise cancellation still works. But if you just want that, get the cheaper version.

Earmuffs work great especially the Bluetooth which is a great feature but they aren't comfortable for more than 1 hour usage even with gel pads, my black round ones by Honeywell I think are much more comfortable but don't have Bluetooth, the actual audio on both are similar.

Okay it has a nice gimmick of super human hearing the standard ear cushion things it come with have to be replaced from day one there crap. They really struggle on range next to a large calibre with a muzzle break you will definitely need double ear protection but all of this can be fixed rather cheaply so I still think there 5 star.
